Just horrible management and people don’t care for the building. Like i’ll take something regular not worth the hype. I did find a “modern” apartment for a way more affordable price :)

There was nothing luxurious about the apartment. If that’s luxury mine must be ultra luxury and it’s not. Barely any space. No walk in closet. The kitchen island. No balcony. I’m confused. My apartment has all those things and I don’t consider it luxury at all. Once you cross into that territory you might as well buy I house or condo.
