As someone who has run through an airport for an international flight-- thank you for filming this! I am so tired of seeing the perfect travel vlogs. (Minus the first class 😅) This is actually what traveling is like for us regular people.

Hi JoJo, I'm really excited for this series. Let's go!! Wow, that lounge was beautiful, that's the place to be waiting. Holy cow, dude, that was stressful just watching you run to the gate for flight #2 😳 1st class pod was nice especially on such a long flight.

Your flight setup was SOOO nice!! We got upgraded to Delta One on our flight to Europe last year but I think our plane was a lot older than yours (not that we're complaining at ALL lol). Tokyo is super high on our travel bucket list so we're excited to follow along! 😊

Hey JoJo… Loved the fact you got to savor your trip! I’m very fortunate I get to travel so much. Delta is definitely my preferred carrier as I now have platinum status so always get a lot of perks and upgrades. I also have a Delta Sky Lounge pass so I always get to the airport a few hours early just to hang out in the lounge, have a nice meal and drinks and then get my work done in a relaxed way. The other cool thing is that anytime I fly for a Disney project, because of what I do I get automatic business/first class flights on anything over 5 hours. It makes those Tokyo trips SO much better to get the cabins where you can sleep on the way there. As soon as I get on board I immediately set my phone for a Tokyo time so I can get myself in that mindset. I can’t wait for all the new vlogs from the TDR (Especially my personal fave, “Believe”)!

Can’t wait for this trip! I need the travel tips as my son Wants to go this summer!

I did Delta business class to Manila with a transfer in Japan (Tokyo Narita) a few years back. I loved the Philippines but I wish I could have stayed more in Japan! Looking forward to the videos from you and Jete!

I am the type of person that would rather get to my gate early and sit for an hour rather than cut it close. So needless to say I was SO anxious watching your run to your gate! Glad you made it! Yeah Atlanta Airport is no joke. Same thing happened to me and I missed my flight by 1 minute. So glad you guys made it 🎉❤️

this is why I look at layover always!! If it says 1 hour they take into account your boarding time. this boils down to about 15 minutes most times.... I always look for 2-3 hour layovers. I've been traveling for work for 15 years so I've Learned a thing or two.

Hey Jo Jo , I’ve been to the Atlanta airport many times, it’s huge. Always give yourself a minimum of 30-45 minutes for transfers. That airport can get rammed full of people , not to mention the distances involved. I’m so glad you mad your flight ✈️ I believe that black squishy thing you were eating, was a Date , or possibly a fig ( like in a fig newton). They are very tasty. ✈️

JoJo next time you fly International the general rule is allow 2-3 hours before your flight. You might want to think go the night before to Atlanta for example so you don’t have to rush like you did.Just some important information for you to have your next international flight!

Omg I felt that pain! We had a layover to Orlando from Honolulu in Atlanta on Wednesday and our plane was late so we ran too and the doors on that train close so fast that by the time they wheeled my father on in his the wheelchair, it slammed shut on my suitcase and closed my daughter on the other side and we still ended up having to switch flights after running across the airport!! 😒🥴 It was a hot mess!!

That airport run was giving me SOOO much anxiety! As a former flight attendant I could literally feel how out of breath you were. Then when you pulled up and that entire gates area was empty I panicked SO MUCH!

JoJo when I have to change planes in Atlanta I make sure I have 60 minutes or more. Delta posts 30 minute layovers in Atlanta. I never chose those flights you won't make the connections
