Thank you so much for taking up this topic of self care its so so important in this situation when most of us struggling to built a proper rountine staying at home . I am a student and I have never ever spent so much time at home before but this pandemic has made me sit at home for the last 5 months and this will continue for how long i have no idea . Much love to you ankita! One tip that has really helped me is not keep my social media apps on my phoje and using it on my laptop or another device. It really makes u realise that you dont need to check it every few hours.
