100 days ago I decided to make a change. I pushed all side projects aside and focused on my health. Not to say I ignored all other aspects of life but outside my family and job, I decided to focus on one thing and that is eating healthy and going to the gym 5-6 days a week.
Started my journey on September 12, 2022 and haven't stopped since. I feel much healthier, happier, disciplined, motivated and so much more. As the journey started of tough, it only got easier as continued to focus on doing what I need to do and avoided all other distractions.
I want to talk more about what I've learned, my workouts, foods that I eat, mindset, etc...
