Replace the Ford hose with a 100% flexible hydraulic hose made by a fabricator of hydraulic hoses, thus eliminating the rigid pipe that seems to be the problem due to vibration 😎

You need to get tubing wrenches. Changed mine on my 78 Ford. Worth the small amount of cash. I would bet Loves sells ATF fluid.

On all hose fittings, screws, nuts, bolts ; turn backwards until you feel the thread skip so you know where the threads will engage. You’ll have an easier time getting them started straight.

have you considered taking the hose to a hydraulic hose shop and have one built that uses and elbow instead of the bend in the metal hose. This might keep it from breaking in that same spot again. it would add a fitting that could leak but should be much stronger.

I wonder if you could get some adapter firings for the pump and the box and then run standard hydraulic JIC type fittings with super heavy duty hydraulic hoses that are waaaaaaayyyy more reliable! Its ridiculous to have to keep changing out that thing. Thanks for the vids!

Nice video, a few tips, pour quarts of oil with the spout up not down at first, maybe making a bracket that holds the power steering hose from moving so much would help the disconnection issue.

I agree, adding a support bracket near the braking point would help, or go to a place where they fabricate hydraulic hoses and replace the whole Ford hose with a 100% flexible hose , so it accepts vibration better than a rigid pipe…love your videos 😎

Hey Timmy,,,,,, you need to take an Old-Broken Hose and a New One in the Bag to a Hydraulic Hose Shop, let them see what's been going on with these NAPA China-Made replacements, and have them make a "Purpose-Built" Hose that would address the "Weak" spot area that keeps breaking,,,,, this ain't Rocket-Science, I'm surprised you've haven't made this move already...... ? BD in Alaska, Retired Mech. Engineer, and then some......😎

Looks like you need to do a hydro assist modification like the jeeps use to help turn the bigger tires! Lots of videos out there on it. Good luck and safe travels!

Wind turbines have no problems operating through winter in Canada and Norway, so I'm not sure what is wrong with the ones in Texas ..

@@carmodity Nothing. Texas manages its own grid and didn’t spec it properly for weather cold enough to gel their natural gas lines. They used renewable energy as a scapegoat for their own poorly allocated grid loading.

Line wrenches are made for tubing fittings allowing slip over the tubing & more contact than an openend wrench.

@@organican That way truckers can stop every 300 miles or so to recharge. Slowing down commerce of every kind raising the coast of goods you and I use daily. Looking at those monstrosity sure isn't like looking at thevold Dutch windmills, that's for sure. On top of that 1000's of birds are killed by the wind turbines yearly.
