Thanks for uploading. I'm also an R171 SLK 55 amg owner. Finding aftermarket support parts in the USA for this car is quite challenging. Love the car though! I just did audio updates for mine as well, except I went with Rockford Fosgate replacements.

Hi, I try to connect an Android radio upgrade from a NTG1 COMAND APS (SLK R171 2005) with optical fiber + Harman Kardon amplifier. Same wiring connected as explained into your video + optical fiber adapter & CAN bus adapter has been connected too + 2 wires CAN-H & CAN-H have been connected as you proposed to do. Current status: - Firstly, when the key contact is switched-on, important sound peaks are presents at the beginning of the init phase of the new Android radio, - Secondly, when the new radio is switched-on a little sound is permanently present into the speakers without choosing any music menu, - Thirdly Bluetooth function is OK with my Iphone for 2 min and disconnect after and impossible to reconnect without switching-off the car. Questions: Other wire to connect like amplifier command, reverse signal not connected for the moment, or other suggestions?

Okay almost done with full audio install went with almost same set up. Xtrons head unit 4 JL door speakers c1 components in front coax in rear. 2 kicker amps one for sun one for door speakers. Question is I took out old harmen amp can I use factory amp pos negative and remote? Or will I have to use distribution blocks from sub amp for that. Also rca for 4 channel amp is it 2 sets of rca one for l and right front and the second set to rear left and right? Sorry to bug you but you help me so much on my 04 mb e320 with harmen

My e320 2004 amp harmon in trunk left side i finally found it and wanted to replace it with kicker 4 channel just was wondering to end the fiber optic in it need a little help with wiring it. It has a kicker sub amp for the kicker L7 12 in trunk now i want to wire 4 jl door speakers to new 4 channel. With new xtrons stereo. So speaker wires i wire to wiring harness to door speakers.

Doing my 04 e320 2nd head unit went with the new extrons 12 got to get rid of fiber optics in it have a kicker 4 channel amp to power 4 jl components I need to run all new speaker wires to the head unit or can I tap in and still go to head unit

Love your chamnel i have 2004 e320 4matic i have been trying to do the relay on cd changer. I have watched your video on cd changer compartment. I ordered everthing and did everthing but need to know how to wire it in your video you have it hooked to 12volt drill battery i need the wiring diagram for car though please help. I am leaving factory unit in for now.
