For me, the Miche mousse was a total waste of money. It gives me a one-day wash-n-go. The second day, my hair is already an afro. I can get 4-5 days from The Doux mousse.
I’m so sorry it didn’t work for you! Did you try the miche shampoo and conditioner? I used those 2 products before going in with the mousse and it lasted for me.
I love the doux's mousse...When I got it last year, I wouldn't use any other product for like 2 months lol. I haven't repurchased because I wanted to try the other mousses on the market, but it really is the best because you can really do anything with it like you said. I hate the price though :(. I have heard a lot of good things about the DE shampoo & the miche mousse, they are on my wishlist. You got me wanting the Doux's cream as well now...
I totally agree! Before purchasing any products, I always look to see what’s on sale at Walmart, Target, Sally’s and Amazon before purchasing because I can go through a bottle of mousse quick! Let me know if you like the cream! 💕
I have changed some products too this year. I stopped using the custards as they did not mix well with the summer humidity in TX and started using the Mielle Pomegranate line of leave in and max hold gel and the foam. Worked pretty well! Now that winter is coming I will probably switch back to the custards for extra moisture to battle dryness. I still like my Uncle Funkys Daughter custard but I have found other products that work as well.
I am in the same boat right now! I just washed my hair and had to do an intense deep condition because my hair and scalp was sooo dry! It feels so much better now but I’m curious to see how long it will last! I still dibble and dabble with Mielle Organics and Uncle Funky’s Daughter too! 💕
