Currently on a similar journey. I lost 30 lbs with a calorie deficit and a focus on cardio and core routine 4-5 days a week. Super successful with the weight loss in general but I didn’t understand the difference between weight loss and fat loss. 30 lbs was not my end goal, but I stopped to take a break from the deficit and to build muscle. Now I am in day 2 of my first cut since then, a year and a half later, and understanding how food and working out plays a role in how the body develops I believe I will have better results this time around. It’s so great to see someone going through a similar scenario, thank you for sharing, looking forward to your updates!
Wow! Thank you for sharing your experience. It's such a process to truly understand what "weight loss" actually is. Weight loss doesn't always mean fat loss. It sounds like you're doing some proper body recomposition. Please feel free to update as you go along!
Nice to see you again Liuby, this year is the year, go for it!. I'm also trying to get back my six pack , it's been a little harder than I thought, but just let's stay motivated and get it 💪🏽😃✨✨✨
Thanks for the support! Ooof! A six pack is a lot of work. The cut is intense. Do you have a body fat % goal or are you just going by the scale and diet?
@@TheLubiDiary actually I'm thin, I just got some fat on my belly that covered my abs. Increasing muscle mass and getting my six pack ripped is my goal.
