this was a really composed innings. its something to show junior players when they play the longer format of the game or if senior players are looking to improve on their long form batting (2-day cricket for instance) learning about the importance of batting patiently and knowing that you have all day to bat and can wait on the bad ball. having a batsman in the partnership that can be the anchor while the other looks to score and put on scoreboard pressure is beneficial super knock and well batted. missed the prediction by 11 runs but good to see you make a solid score in the 2nds

I played all my early cricket on coconut matting but loved the two day format. Mind, could never have got many results playing that way in the Uk - too much unpredicable weather. UK conditions turned me from on 'ok' medium bowler to a 'pretty decent' one. I thought your knock was perfect in the circumstances. Enjoyed the video.

One other thing: It would be nice if you could delay the score updating by like a second or so. It kinda spoils the shot when we see the score update before we fully see the shot. Like at 9:22 I want to know, did you mishit it, are they about to shout catch, will it be a dropped catch, did he smash a six or a four etc. But all the suspense is destroyed when the score updates by 4 runs

Hey mate, I play a lot of first grade cricket in newy but also am a batting coach for junior cricketers, from all the videos I’ve watched so far, you push really hard with your hands out front, relax just that tiny little bit and let that front elbow come through at a more natural angle, In no way is this a dig, think you’re a hell of a cricketer. Good patience innings none the less.

You say in the intro 15ish seconds in not wasting our time, then 2 minute intro! The long intros are why I hold off subscribing 🤐 if you cut down the intros to like 15-30 seconds I think the videos would be 1million times better.
