My pleasure Seok and no, I don't invest in bonds, they might work for some, but personally just not a fan, which is why I invest in those other 3 asset classes. But I still keep my emergency fund which I can use if I see a great buying opportunity in the market. Cheers
Hi and depends where you buy. In Dubai it's super easy to buy actually. I used to live there so I knew the market well, which made it even easier and the financial returns have been very attractive 👌
Definitely took a hit, but as you said, this happened before and will happen again and it's normal for any asset to go through cycles and I will definitely buy some more now.
Hi and yes, lived here 7 years and now between Vilnius and Dubai, though majority of the year in Dubai and the summers in beautiful Vilnius (or Palanga 😉)
@@baudeja123 The principle is still the same. Long-term investing not swing or day trading. That investment strategies change over time is normal. Warren Buffet certainly invested differently in his 20’s then he does today but his focus was always long term total return growth and same for me 👌
That's awesome to hear and makes sense that we naturally evolve as investors over time. I doubt Warren Buffet invested the same in his 20's than he does now 😉
Not really, it's just a paper value, if I don't sell, I still own just as much of each asset, it just means that today the value I get for it is less, but as I invest for the long-term this does not matter to me, in fact I bought more S&P and Bitcoin 😉
