Very nice! I think at this kind of price you get the best for your money, cool design, lots of space and also good location. A friend of mine spent nearly 15 Mio € on his mansion in Mallorca, which is just a ridiculous amount of money for something he only uses for a few days per year - he also spent his entire net worth on it.

Honestly its a gorgeous house, but i feel they could´ve made the bathrooms a bit more fancy for 3 million euro...It seems very basic. Bigger windows also would have been cooler. And also on the second floor heightened the ceiling a little (Jon bumped his head when looking down).
