I am a new subscriber to your channel just came across this video you have a great routine down with working out I work out four days a week but not early in the morning more like around 11am I have a boy tommy he just turned 6 years old on February 25th last month me and my husband have one kid we happy with one kid . I am so scared your cold brew is going to fall off the couch, lol. It looks amazing by the way, its worth making at home. I would use it in the summer here, i love my hot coffee in the morning. I was fortunate enough to be able to stay at home with my kids, and i do realize that these days its just not possible to get ahead and with the price of everything now its just impossible. You do it well Amanda, i don't watch for getting ideas on how to accomplish motherhood and job, i just watch you because i enjoy you and your family. I have been watching your channels for years now. I hope your weather has improved now. .

Thank you! So happy you enjoyed it! Getting up early is very difficult but once you get your body used to it, it becomes much easier. My biggest tip was having a really strong “why” or reason to get up. I really wanted to make a change and once I did it a couple times and it felt so great and put me on such a positive path for the day, I just made it a habit. You’ve got this!! 💓
Yay! That’s amazing girl! I have 4 sets of dumbbells (15 lbs, 10 lbs, 8 lbs, 5 lbs) and I have kettlebells…30 lbs, 20 lbs, 15 lbs and 10 lbs. I watch Heather Robertson and Caroline Girvans workouts here on RU-vid. Any of their 20-30 minute full body strength workouts are amazing! Good luck! 💪🏻💓
Thank you I have a weightball I use but I am so sore after day one workout.. how do you push through the pains of the legs and keep going ... do you rest and do it again another day?
Usually I’m in bed at 9, read for 20-30 mins and sleeping by 9:30/9:45! I’m going to be honest, waking up early is tough but SO worth it! You got this 💪🏻
