As an autistic and adhd person, my routines are SO important to my functionality. My life is so much better when I have a morning and night routine and a well scheduled day. I love waking up earlier and getting time to myself.
I’m also so envious of these long glamorous morning routines! I get up for work at 4am and leave at 530. I don’t have time to workout before work which is my favorite time to exercise 😫 I do sit for 10-15minutes to enjoy my coffee and scroll on my phone.
Girl I've been going on the treadmill for my cardio days 3x a week and i like to put a high incline. I always thought it wasnt really necessary to stretch before or after a walk but maaaaan I've been feeling really sore in my calves and realize i need to stretch!

I don’t have a machine but I do go walking five times a week and Pilates restarted a few months ago. I do stretch when I do Pilates you need to. I’m toning up quite nicely. I too protect my skin body lotions and I’m looking for a good quality oil now for my skin I’m nearly 58 years old mostly for chest and arms. Any tips on a good one would really appreciate it. I love these videos! You should totally try epilating instead of shaving. It might now work for every spot (my arms absolutely hate it so I wax there) but I used to have to shave all the time and now I don’t have to touch up for a week or more. The biggest plus for me is no stubble! 😊
Highly recommend getting laser done professionally. The hair growth is so much lighter only after 3 treatmemts and the skin feels so smooth. I wish i got it done sooner.

But I can't see your lip gloss at all, so I'd love to know what that is. ...I MAY have a makeup problem. :) But I'd love to see a video of your favorites!
Sleeping is the best lots of naps especially sleep good after I walk every other day at Walmart they only have the Nordic track bike hopefully I can get the treadmill someday I just started running but been walking almost 3 weeks such beautiful hair

I have extremely thick hair and if I ever go past 2 days without washing I get pimples all over my scalp 😅 it makes it really hard to want to work out every single day. I usually just work out every other day because of my hair haha

Hi Katie, I saw that you were diagnosed with hypothyroidism when you were 11 years old and you had a hard time because you had to figure it all out on your own especially the nutrition stuff and so on. I'm in the same situation, but at 25, I was diagnosed recently, although it is subclinical, and when I ask the doctors about nutrition or supplements I can tell they don't have a clue because they can't really tell me anything. I'm writing to you because I would like to know if you have tried Maca as a supplement and if it has worked well for you with respect to hypothyroidism or if it has been neutral or even if you know if it is harmful. I want to take it for other reasons, but I'm worried that it may affect my thyroid and I have already talked to several doctors and none of them know how to tell me, so I think I need to talk to people who really have the same or similar situation and know how they did 😥
