Good luck for your application! For naming observational work in the slideroom, I basically just wrote the sketch type (life drawing/ figure study/ gesture drawing etc.) and the time I used. For creative work, I wrote the name of the story and basic description of what is going on in the drawing. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your comment! Hope everything goes well for your applications. For SVA scholarship, I suppose as long as you do not waive scholarship when you are applying, there is a chance that SVA offer a scholarship. Hope my answer helps.
I used iOS’ initial notes app to scan my work. However if possible, a scanner is better since the quality of picture by memorandum is not very clear. Good luck for your application!
If I understood correctly, I used my mobile phone to take sketch photos. The iPhone's Notes comes with a scanning function, which is clearer than the camera. I hope this can help you!

The content of my portfolios are basically the same, but since each collage has some slight difference on their portfolio requirement, I typeset differently. Hope everything goes well with your application!
Each college has their GPA requirement, and I think there is a website that can transfer your HSC to GPA. I know some schools in Sydney may provide transcript with a GPA on it. Hope that helps!❤
