I live with fibromyalgia, narcolepsy, ulcerative colitis, myalgic encephalomyelitis, and other conditions that come along with them. I'm currently in recovery from living 20+ years with undiagnosed atlas subluxation complex and the resulting osteoarthritis (degenerative disc disease). Even with these challenges, I work as much as I can at various jobs and my free time is used to work on content.

Very cool! I have been sleeping on the floor for about a year now and love it! I am looking for ideas to move my desk to the floor and that little chair looks like a good idea

I've had this setup for almost 4 years now and it's been such a huge help when I'm in too much pain to sit up. Prevents flare ups too. Hope you figure out a good setup.

Thank you! Yeah, it really changed the feel of my whole room. Being on the floor makes me room feel huge and safe, like a colorful cave.

I've watched a bunch of floor desk setups but this is where it finally clicked for me. Reclining a floor chair looks waaay different from an office chair, like you get actual support with the rest of your legs thanks to the floor instead of putting them up on the table (which usually makes them numb and cuts my blood circulation). having the keyboard on its own tray also looks like a good solution. thanks for the video!

That is quite an interesting idea! I get to start PT soon for well, everything. Especially my back and shoulders lol because my posture is horrendous (causes lots of pain and instability). as someone who is neurodivergent and loves the floor so much, I’m wondering why I didn’t think of this!

I hope your PT goes well, been there too. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without my floor desk set up. The past 8 months I've had recurring sciatica flare ups that are almost more troublesome than my neck flares, and being able to recline during these flares is the reason I'm still able to edit and make content.

@@NewHologram where did you get your desk. I have an L shape desk for my channel and my back acts up been going to physical therapy lately for it and I saw your channel after searching for a floor desk. Just wonder where did you find yours if you don’t mind me asking

i seriously thinking of doing this, its so painful to sit at a normal desk plus i have a really cheap kitchen chair which doesnt help, also it seems cozy to be on the floor... and i can sit with my old cat
