I have a yolo tech for my boat but the pole isn’t getting power. Nice view from that setup! I’m planning on getting an insta 360 X4 to install on my boat. Tight lines!
Excellent video. Took your advice and bought the 360 max thx, BUT, cannot find the Max or Go Pro Hero 9 &10 sync cables that have the micro end that fits into the Go Pro's and have a USB at the other end to plug into the new installed USB ports on my boat that are powered by lithium batteries. Can't stand changing gopro batteries every 2 hours, so this video is perfect, just cannot find the sync cables that fit on-line? Any leads would be greatly appreciated in the 4-6-10 foot range thanks in advance.
@@jasonkinner1 I understand thx, in the 360 Max, no internal battery in the camera, rather use the USB port, yes? Same with the Yolotek in rear light port, use boat batteries power source, no battery in the go pro, correct? I heard they can overheat if you insert a battery in the go pro's?
So you'll put a 256GB card in. How long does an empty card like this record for? So basically when editing comes, you'll just scroll through say 6-8hrs of fishing and find the areas where you catch a fish? I'm just curious what this process looks like so I know how to do it.
Could you post a link for the power door on your 360 please? I have looked everywhere and can't find one for the 360. Great video and thanks for the tips!!!
What is the suction cup looking mount that you have beside your front console? The one attached to the 2 long arms and the 360 camera. I have the exact same boat and would like to place a mount in the same spot.
Go Pro suction mount, and gopro gooseneck mount. Works pretty good but the wind bothers the flexible arm when you are running down the lake, a fixed arm would probably be better.
Sir, look into your looping setting on your gopros. It will save you so much SD card space. It saves so much time in editing also. It will break down each 5 minutes segments into 1 minute segments.
I like the 8 minute clips that mine generates, I scrub clips on Final Cut and it doesn't take any time to get through my clips and find my good stuff. Thanks for watching
Thanks for sharing your setup. I presently run one camera but I want to add more. I main question is; what editing software do you use to create your videos?
I use Final Cut. Recently I have found myself using the 360 camera most and I edit those videos in the GoPro App that comes with the camera. Thanks for Watching
It depends on where you are, in eastern Kentucky over USACE lakes you need a license and a permit. On private land you do not need a license. The licensing part of a drone gets muddy at best, there are a bunch of different licenses.
My biggest fight is, DJI drone footage and those black bars on top & bottom of the video it has when I post it on socials. So annoying & open to tips! 🔥🎣🔥
With looping can you leave the camera on and recording? Then when you have something you want to actually keep that clip, what do you do then? I am new to this. Great video
I charge my GoPro Max 360 while recording, I have had some issues, but I think those were related to a faulty charging cord. I plug straight in to the USB at the dash.
Anybody know the mount that is in the back of the boat he has it on? If I do not know what it is then I can not mount it but looks like it fits in the light socket interesting.
Amazon is probably your best bet, you can get them from several online sources. I would buy the DJI Mavic Air 2, it is my favorite, but the Mavic Mini is less than 250grams, depends on your useage.
