INGREDIENTS :
-Beef boti : 2 kgs
-Daal chana: half kg
- sabut masala: handful
-salt: to taste
-potatoes: 3 medium size
-ginger garlic: 100grms each
-onion, hara dhania, hari mirch
Chopped. With 2 lemon juice.
MERHOD:
Add in the meat two glasses of water, sabut masala, ginger garlic and salt.
Cook till 70% done.
Add chana daal and aloo.
Cook for 5 mins in pressure cooker.
Mixture should be well done.
Grind either in chopper, or hand masher.
Mix chopped onion,,green chilli and dhania mixture.
Mix well.
Make kababs.
Fry and enjoy.
