We have $1 days at our thrift store locally where I live and there's always something amazing. I just bought a bible for $1. A leather-soft cover, so beautiful! Beautiful canisters! That is a great find!! I love to find books at thrift stores too...especially the ones I've been searching for. I like to read historical fiction as well as historical non-fiction. I am currently reading my stacks of books. I only have three, so it sounds like they are huge, but they are maintained. Haha. Anyway, I started in May and read 4 books in May from the first stack...now I'm stack two. Then I'll attempt my bookcase! Some of those books in the bookcase I have read, like devotionals, faith based books that meant a lot to me, and my collection of Bibles. No more buying books until I conquer all the books I want to read from my stacks 🙂

Great finds! I love finding good books. One author that I have fallen in love with lately is Ann H. Gabhart. She’s written several series as well as many standalone books. She writes mostly Christian historical fiction, but also has some Amish stories. If you haven’t read her, look for her books next time. I know you’ll love her.

I haven't been in a while, but I love looking for books too. My BEST finds are an Amish made Cherry Drop leaf coffee table for 19.99 and an Ethan Allen cherry Night 4 drawer Night stand for 19.99 also!!! They were in beautiful condition. Hmmmm...may need to go again😄🧑🦳🦋
