You can do the tantan without the soy milk. The sesame tare adds enough creamyness to it.

Can you replace soy milk with unsweetened almond milk instead?

i tried the first lemon shin noodles and miso. it looked great,. basically on par with marions. however it was way too powerful for me. i used a lot less miso, didnt overload the oil, lemon or cheese. Just too super mega salty miso to me. maybe im not usuing the correct miso paste, or too much? the paste i use is slightly lighter in colour to hers.

I actually prefer my instant noodles to be a little Al dente.

Am a Muslim i love ur cooking style and i tried ur recipe but mostly ur using pork instead of using pork is chicken is best opinion for ur recipe and I am a South Indian and i don't know about which Asian grocerys or halal can u put ah video about it or RPL for me
