You are crazy! Definitely going to try this! Did you pour syrup to prevent the cake from going dry? And also I see you used normal sugar with your whipped cream, mine always end up runny even when using icing sugar, is it running due to being over done? Thanks for your help;)

It looks wonderful and tasty ❤️ I know using Self rising flour is a big thing in the UK, but it’s hard to find in the US and then if I do most of it goes to waste because I don’t have a lot of recipes for it. What is the advantage in using it? I know we can just use regular flour and bp, but it’s another step to calculate amount and never know if it’s the same.
