My Biggest Regret About My Gynecomastia (Gyno) Surgery Experience! 

I just had my gyno surgery yesterday!! I had grade 3 gyno...I was Just shocked by the result...in my 20 years of life, for the Very first time I saw this flat chest...I'm very happy that I've done it..your videos always motivate me..thanks Jacob...Im from Bangladesh and I have had this surgery by one of the most well known surgeon in Bangladesh named Dr. Iqbal Ahmed...u will find him in RU-vid... I'm very happy with the result....2400 ml fat was removed and my skin was also lifted....pray for me....🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩

I had mines almost exactly a month ago. My recovery pretty much went the opposite of yours, in that I had no complications and I have no swelling or discoloration, just scar tissue. But I thank you for sharing your story and experience

Mate I've got Pubertal Gyno behind both nipples, hard lumps and puffy. I'm 32 now, im getting leaner and it's really bothering me but I cant afford to remove them. Guess I'll just live with them. Might as well now

Hey bro not sure if you'll see this comment but I was curious, I seen you made some videos that you are smoking weed and have seen research that smoking can cause gyno and was wondering if yours ever started to come back at all with weed usage. Want to get the surgery but I smoke alot of weed so don't want it to come back , cheers.

I have gyno with no sensitivity at all. It’s quite a bit mass of gyno too. I work out and have a decent muscle foundation too

I am rapidly approaching one year since I had Gyno surgery and I haven’t lost any sensitivity in this area. I am sorry that this has not returned to you.

I had mine a bit ago. May not heal up 100% like I wanted but I am hopeful for a good result. I am not worried about a loss of sensitivity. The sensitivity before was really painful and annoying. Running especially was a bad experience all around.

i agree with this, to lose that sensation is pretty traumatic. its definitely a toss up , especially because preop you were looking really good.
