I got my makeup done for my birthday at a very fancy salon in my city and it couldn't have been uglier. 🤕 Follow me on Instagram: @joudi_d Business Inquiries : Judydbusiness@gmail.com
Well, she doesn't trust the quality of the mascara in the b. salon. Take your mascara with you. Without the mascara will always look wreid and something wrong.
@@Hannah-su6mj yeah I tried a limp plumper at Sephora in high school and my lips burned so horribly that I was crying and I had hives all over my mouth 😭 they definitely need to ask
Me too... The problem was using the lipgloss with the menthol... Not recommend for a salon. Not everyone likes it. So lipgloss should be neutral. And those eyes... Not a bad idea if she was going to a nightclub 80's scene.. but bad execution however... But never ever for a every day makeup. The one she ended up with, is gorgeous... The 2nd salon, not this one.
She usually refuses it because dirty makeup brushes on your cheeks will most likely just break you out but infected mascara and bad lash application can make you go blind and I doubt she's willing to lose her sight for a RU-vid video
Yes I am a Licensed Cosmetologist and once we had six months in school we got to work in the student salon and it was fun. We actually all did great work
It's frustrating how many MUA's don't consider your eye shape at all when they do your eyeshadow. Like they all do shadow for round eyes but it seems like your's are more semi-hooded
It’s not the worst we’ve seen, but deffo overpriced. I quite like the effort put into the lips but it’s not a birthday look. I just wish we saw the pic you showed her to compare.
She put a lip plumper on you without asking first?! Wtf, I’ve tried one before and my lips would blister around the sides and would literally turn red... I had a pretty bad reaction to it 😬 idk why someone wouldn’t ask first
Yeah... unfortunately that’s how it’s meant to work. (although bleeding and blistering is an obvious sign of it being to strong or whatever). Regardless it’s meant to cause inflammation in order to make your lips puffy. Never tried the stuff because I always thought it sounded bloody ridiculous to intentionally induce an immune response (however minor) and purposefully irritate the delicate skin of your lips just to look puffy. I mean it literally is going to look like something has caused your lips to swell up... because that’s exactly what has happened. 😅🤷🏻♀️
@@renlosee5223 I know right? Like seriously, how massive do lips need to be these days to be considered “plump enough”? She’s got beautifully full lips before ANY make-up! I really don’t get trying to put a plumper on her unless the MUA just automatically does it on every single client regardless 🙄🤷🏻♀️
@@donizettirules seriously! People pay the big bucks to get lips that look like hers. Like she could get away with just putting on chapstick and her lips would still look better than what people pay for. Even if the MUA did it for every client, I feel like she still shouldn't have put it on. Like I am visualizing the mya going for it, opening it, then being like, hold it! Look at those lips! *Toss plumper far away*
@@babyfaceweeb8937 I actually like too faced and it’s not too uncomfortable for me. I know people who almost cried and had to take it off though. I can’t use soap and glory though!!! It burns too much and I have to wipe it off... it also gives no results 😭 Weird how they affect people differently 🤔
Judy before the video: "Can't wait to get my makeup done for my birthday!" Judy after: TURNED OUT WORSE THAN EXPECTED Her subscribers: YESSSSS another bad make-up video 🎊🎉
Am I the only one that thinks it turned out somewhat decent? Definitely not what she asked for, and definitely missing components, but she has definitely had way worse!
You literally put your health at risk for this one. I’m so shook she did all that...and no mascara or liner. Like..what?!? I want to see you start correcting people. Like when she put the towel down, I wanted so bad,y for you to say “I want a clean towel..there is a pandemic going on. You better be more hygienic with the makeup, because we aren’t off to a great start.” Lol like IMAGINE!! PLEEEEASE do an episode where you call them out on EVERYTHING!
That would be such a great idea. It would ve so satisfying to watch. And for the moments when she has her eyes closed, her brother could speak up. Respectfully ofc, esprcially since she's so sweet, but still UNAPOLOGETICALLY MESSING THEM UP!
I think she has some insecurity issues or finding it hard to speak up and not being liked for it, she's young she'll figure out how without feeling like she's the bad person
8:55 She put plumping lip gloss on you, that’s what that was. Weird of her not to ask first, considering how sensitive some people are to that type of product.
Wow these salons are really inclusive huh? Really embodying the "we're all in this together" energy, just out here sharing lipstick "out the tube, on the lip it goes then back in the tube for the bacteria to grow" A poem. Wow. Incredible. No alcohol to sanitize their tools, sharing dead skin cells, it's a bonding experience. 🙏🏽😔
As a professional makeup artist I just can't believe there are people like that working so unhygienic. She didn't even finish the eyes and the makeup could be done so much better :(
9:14 I don't know what Judy's search results came up as but Menthol is an oil made from mint plants. Many lip plumping products contain either cinnamon or mint or other similar ingredients.
@@emmavrijburg6676 If it’s formulated to go on lips, like a plumping gloss, then it is safe to keep on. It usually tingles for 5 minutes and then stops. Some people wipe it off if the tingle is too strong or if they want to use matte lipstick on top, but it is safe to leave on
@@emmavrijburg6676 A lot of products containing menthol are lipsticks, lip glosses, chapsticks, and other lip products that you don't necessarily need to remove after applying, although you totally can remove them if you want to, or if the ants-crawling-tingly-feeling the products cause feels too uncomfortable. Most of the lip-plumping ingredients are safe to use, like cinnamon, mint, wintergreen, capsaicin [chemical that makes the chili peppers spicy], caffeine, ginger, etc. since the majority of the ingredients used to make these oils are food grade/they come from edible ingredients. Typically they are not exactly dangerous, despite being somewhat irritating, unless you have some sort of allergy or other other kind of reaction. The tingly feeling triggered by products containing menthol also don't last very long, perhaps 5-10 minutes max. It's also not just lip products that may contain mentol. A lot of facial toners, toothpastes, face or body washes, shampoos and conditioners, and plenty of other products contain menthol.
It should burn, that's the purpose of it. I have lipstick with mentol, and it's purpose is to make your lips bigger, you have them in color or even completely clear.
I’m thinking that the lip gloss was actually a lip plumper that was applied. IMO, it was completely unnecessary. The plumper took away from the ombré effect, and Judy doesn’t need a lip plumper. Her lips are fine without it.
lmao she did stage makeup for the eyes and IG baddie for the lips. Like it would have been fine for The Black Swan or figure skating but a birthday shoot? 😂
It’s not bad I don’t know eyeliner or mascara. She literally went all out for your eyes and lips and then left the outline of your eyes blank. Home girl be trippn
@@butzlkouh7255 what do you mean? i told you to just search 'Rebal D' on RU-vid and there you go, that's his channel🤪idk who need to feel embarass here🤐maybe you?
Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse...forgets mascara, no eyeliner, 5 lipsticks with burning plumping gloss, and eyes that were made to fly away 😂 not to mention the towel that had more makeup on it compared to your face.
Judy: "now that I'm 23" Me convinced it would have been her 18th birthday. Please give me your skin care routine girl wtf EDIT: I'm not saying she's old, literally complementing her for her skin and wishing mine was as good and clear as hers. A light-hearted compliment.
@@aliciaf451 she’s 23 she doesn’t need a skin care routine lol either do you! She would only need one because of the dirty brushes and makeup on her face from these videos
Honestly I not extremely mad about the eye look. It needs more technique…and not a very large wing. False lashes and a black eyeliner would be ideal for me and for the lips I would keep it more of a natural color.
Why didnt she put mascarra on u...also i was pissed off with ur brother making fun of u when u clearly looked upset i felt sorry for u especially as it was ur bday
I know I’m low key starting to get annoyed at these “artists.” There’s no excuse not to have some technique today with so many RU-vid tutorials. They should know a LITTLE better haha.
You’re a perfect challenge to mua out there cause of your hooded eyelids, I have one too and I’m still learning how to open my eyes up...I’m getting there. The fact they don’t check your profile and notices this, plus on hooded your eyes should be open to guide the colour application otherwise it get lost in your lids.
Wait, the beginning reminded me of this tweet I read earlier that said "One thing Aquarius people will do is celebrate their birthday for a whole month" and Judy is an Aquarius hahaha
I am allergic to some Lipsticks💄 & especially when, it has Methol ..... Okie the make up looks like she should b make-uping Queer Queens & LGBTQ+ Queens.... I feel so bad for u.
The fresh sponge at the beginning lulled me into false confidence. Happy Birthday Judy, look at it this way, you’re too beautiful, inside and out, for all these disasters to dim your glow!❤️
