The water on the floor livewell is not draining, probably because the livewell drain is lower than the water level outside of the boat ...you might need to pump the water out....hope this helps..

Add a macerator pump to the floor live well. It's below the water line. Trade in the 140's for 200s and you'll see over 3mpg. They will pay for themselves.

Big boat for 280 hP. That could be why your RPMs are a lot higher then your speed. My 20ft skiff has a 250hp and it only goes 50mp at 5k rpms. Has a 50 gallon gas tank

Garmin does have relief shading but it is totally separate from the Cmor maps , now you can get a furuno screen and hook it up to the boat and run Cmor through that

If you're wanting more fuel economy, get you some cavitator plates/dolphin tales so you plane up with way less rpm. I dont know how much bigger you can go on that leg, but bigger the prop, the higher top end. Smaller prop gives you faster pickup from a stop but tops out lower

Your fuel economy is due to your blades being that close to the lower unit. It is causing cavitation and will damage the props and lower unit. Plus it will reduce your top end speed. Cavitation is a big deal people don't even realize is happening. 🤨
