Lala xxx for starters, Niomi has been making RU-vid videos for a quarter of the time than Zoe has... Secondly, yeah Niomi is amazing and I agree, she's not superficial, but neither is Zoe! Niomi does deserve more subscribers but that's it, no need to compare with anyone else

VLOGGING is one of the best decisions you've made this year honestly! you're so inspiring Niomi! so please keep VLOGGING your training regime cuz OMG such an inspiration you are. keep doing it and don't stop. one more suggestion! when you don't have much to vlog, sometimes you can vlog yourself putting on makeup but kind of speeding it a little bit so it doesn't look like a makeup tutorial.. ;)) and I love your outfit and coat so beautiful 😍😍😍

You can and you will :D starting off small is key, don't push yourself right from the beginning. As your body gets stronger, you'll be surprised at how much you can do :) good luck! x

I know. And I try. I just fall off the wagon a little too often. I was going to yoga classes for two months. It was amazing. And then, somehow, I just stopped. I haven't been since. :(

I know how you feel. It's hard to stay on track, but hopefully you'll find a routine that suits you best, and one day you'll even stick to it :) I make sure to do it in the morning so it's out of my way for the rest of the day lol.

How can you be so fabulous all the time? When I go home after a night out I have my makeup 2 inches further down than when I left, my purse and sometimes shoes in one hand and a falafel in the other, you get home looking as good as you did going out, have the energy to finish your vlog and your post-night-out snack/meal is a gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, vegan chocolate cake sent especially for you from a bakery. How does one become so put together? How does one become Niomi?
