After binge watching Dr Berg videos, and having tried intermittent fasting and been surprised how long you can go without eating... I did it again and quit eating entirely... nothing but water and vitamins for a fast... for roughly 3 weeks off and on and lost 6 pounds. If you really want to lose weight, there really is only one... stop eating. It sounds crazy, but yeah, you won't die. The first time I did it, I went 5 days without eating and felt great. The second time I did it, I went 20 days and felt great. Water and lots of vitamins and a little salt and psyllum fiber drink mix and that was it. My reasoning was in the jungle as scavengers, we probably went months... or entire winters... without any food at all. That we had to eat 3 meals a day to survive, was actually a total lie. And it turned out to be right. The best way to eat is to get into fat burning mode, swear off all sugars completely, and eat only one large meal a day... so you eat you food, and then for the other 20 hours you're in ketogenesis running off fat, not sugars... and not storing excess sugars as fat. You feel a heck of a lot bettter when you give up sugar, HFCS, and caffeine compeletly and switch your body over to lots of raw leafy greens instead.
