There's an asymmetry hack out so you can put it on whatever side the leg actually is without having to have it stuck in the middle. I use it all the time.

It got hit by a car then mauled by radioactive bears with shotguns...

No cat has that thin of a tail.

My cat had cancer under her tongue. Apparently its extremely lethal and we had to put her down in a month. :(
