My Daily Life in Tokyo (work, eat, shop, coffee, etc) 

I miss Japan so much. The fact that we aren’t able to travel until uncertain time makes my heart ache 🥲 Thank you for taking us with you!

"only open for lunch on weekdays and they randomly close sometimes" ...accurately describes every mom and pop business in Japan.

I had to look this up, but the origin of the name "ポプラ" is actually a wordplay of "Popular" and "Poplar", a tree. They wished the company to grow like a tall tree (poplar/cottonwood) and become popular. I know it's not the main topic in this video but caught my attention somehow.

I just love these long videos. Do more things about Life in Japan. I used to live in japan 6 years ago. I miss living in my birth place. It's been a long time since I've wrote in Japanese. That's why I can't type in japanese. Besides that, I want to see more daily videos about Japan.

Thanks Giz for cheering up my Sunday nights these few weeks. Now I got the energy to endure another week.

YT recommended me that video ... I don't know much about fashion but despite my age I lately try to change my "style" a bit, away from "disposable" clothes, more worthy clothes ( used&new ) ... specialy denim started catching eyes ... ... and great to see all the tasty food! Will watch more videos for sure!

I honestly envy this guys lifestyle...getting to explore tokyo, eating ramen, finding fashionable pieces in kitsch shops plus his skin is damn fine af!. Just saw his channel and the envy bug instantly bit me LOL! 😄

This is making me miss Tokyo so much! I was only there for a few days, which hardly scratched the surface. I missed the food, the way you order things (that vending order machine was confusing at first), the train, even the cold weather. Love the walks along the side streets and seeing these small shops.

So chill and peaceful! Makes me miss Japan so much. 💔
