if you see how he (ken)spend on his personal luxury items and his high maintenance lifestyle.....of course anyone who purchase his item has to "contribute" to him. I will say 60% of the selling price goes to his wallet and now a huge showroom with no purpose on top, then at least 70% will go to his wallet.
Curious question how much revenue does Kens clothing company have to generate to afford a studio like that in Tokyo? in London it would be over hundred thousands but then again his pricing structure is super high per piece when it comes to their stuff. Even though I love their designs personally for me an average consumer its way too much dropping 300 - 900 on a pair of pants.
who knows, probably has to be in the high 6 figures at least if not 7 figures. but with such limited products, maybe theyre doing custom orders and/or celebrity orders? office lease would hugely vary on the location/floor/etc and it seems they might temp lease it to other brands if they want to shoot there too so that is extra income etcetc. cmmawear and vjd both surely are doing well but we will never really know. also, to the dudes that keep saying "rich parents" comment, its getting old man. they are feeding us content for free yet ppl still love to hate, truly a sight to witness the low self esteem dudes who will put down others at any cost to feel better

That is why all his products all so "greedily overprice"
I can't see anyone will do custom order from his and not to mention celebrity will custom order with kind of products. And I can't see any reason people will be interested in renting that studio. There are way too many spaces in Tokyo that are more stylish, interesting to rent. And if vjd is doing well with that kind of "greedily overprice" cheap products. Then all other Japanese brands should not put so much "effort" to build up there brands.
Yup, nice clothes and all but not paying 700 euros for a windjacket of a young brand that gives me no reason why I should. At the same time I would pay that amount or even more of a piece or of a designer that gives me the reason. I hope he gets more reasonable with price-quality ratio because only that way he can get the full potential out of the brand and not be worn by balenciaga-kids for the rest of the life
