i lived in japan as a gaijin in highschool so watching vlogs about japan are very triggering for me but i really appreciate you sharing. i have to go to japan next year for work so i am trying to build myself up!!!
Just a suggestion, I love your content but sometimes you use a lot of fade transitions between short cuts. It can be pretty disorienting and dizzy at times. Its usually better just to do jump/hard cuts unless you are transitioning to a completely different environment
Thanks the thickest ton Katsu I’ve ever seen. I like my ton Katsu cut thinner and the meat gets cooked better. Also, I don’t like to put the sauce on the crust and prefer dipping to keep it more crunchy.
