@@510bayareaprincess I was not impressed either with that product. In reality she used two. Doing the dirty 30 daily may not take 30 minutes but it will be relatively quick because it's a maintenance clean as it's done daily..

I'm currently overweight but I don't want to do the surgery. My sister-in-law did it and is now overweight again. Lifting weights makes me lose weight so I'm starting that again. I think just as you say your kids ease into making their beds easing into liking vegetables is the mindset you need to work on. You're not positive about it the way you are with the things you teach us. I stopped eating meat it was difficult but now I know for a fact I will never go back. I'm easing into eating more vegetables myself. I'm just taking tiny baby steps lol

Had the gallbladder surgery. Took a while but I can eat most things. Fried/greasy foods can affect me right away. I only learned the issues bad foods cause immediately from a nurse at a completely separate, non-tummy issue dr. visit. She’d had her gallbladder removed too and told me how certain food affected her. My own dr. hadn’t told me the lowdown. God bless nurses! They are the heroes!

Your whole world changes when "I can't have these/those" changes to "I don't want these/those". Its all a mental thing. Kind of a mind over matter situation. That's how I was able to switch up to a healthy diet and not look back. It was hard at first, but it got easier as time went on.

I live alone but even I need more then 2 30 mins to do the whole place. I've started doing dishes at night to dry overnight and put away in the morning. This is either every day or two days. This is because I'm doing a lot of cooking so pots or pans every day. Or storage from food taken from the freezer to reheat. What I have done is set up a schedule that has vacuum, dusting and mopping done on a different day. Then all room are divided into one weekday each. ( Leaving weekends free). This helps if something comes up or I fall behind. But as I've already cleaned floors and dusted then it's just tidy up, take out things that don't belong and any extra cleaning. This works for me.

Almost all the folks we know who had weight loss surgery have had some hard times when it came to trying to eat every day. They seemed to do okay for the first few months and then something seemed to click inside, and they.... almost ALL...started gaining weight again. They would eat until they got sick... but their bodies would seem to adjust to the food. All have lost the gained weight, or most of it, after a year or so....but it was no easy thing for any of them to adjust to the new food regime they had to follow. Two of our best friends had the surgery. We thought he would not end well for a couple of years but he seems to have leveled out now. She didn't lose as much as she thought she would in the beginning.... but she seems to have gotten it together quicker than he. I wish you all the good luck I can.... But...you do look spectacular!!!

I had emergency gall bladder surgery in 2013 so I k ow what you went through! I thought keyhole surgery meant one hole not the 5 I ended up with! I can eat whatever I want (including chocolate - Galaxy is my favourite!) and was told to eat little and often rather than three large meals in a day since you need to stop the bike building up in your stomach between meals. That means smaller meals but snacks of some kind or other every couple of hours. I should be healthy eating but am not, and yet I haven't had any problems since the surgery. Don't stop eating what you love! Just be careful how much you eat and when. 😁👍

I had my gallbladder removed in an ER situation too... the ejector thingy stopped working and I understand the pain you described in an earlier video. Sadly we can’t eat a lot of the tasty tidbits that are not so good for us anyway.. it stinks but we can still have lots of fruits and veggies.. I try to think of it as a helper to keep me healthy.. if someone else knows of any “tasty tidbits” we can still enjoy in moderation, please share it on your channel.. otherwise.. stay safe and remember that you look great and you are healthy now! 🙏🏻😇

I use an O cedar mop. I can get in those tight corners and under furniture. I made my kids beds until they started 9 th grade. After that it became their choir along with their laundry. I love the dirty 30, it’s really helped me when I’m exhausted or in pain because it keeps me focused. I just need to work out how to declutter and keep the rest of house clean. I feel like everything gets left behind when I’m decluttering. I lost my need for Mars bars etc so I’m not sure how to help with your dilemma, I eat a WFPB diet so no dairy, I do occasionally by vegan chocolate though 😊 it really helped me with my food addiction problem that I didn’t know I had until I tried to quit 😬

Hi Cass, here in the UK we are told we can have a normal diet after gall bladder surgery. My husband had his removed and went straight back to his usual diet. Don’t know if surgery in the Canada is different. Thanks for your brilliant channel, I discovered it about 3 months ago and it has motivated me to do the decluttering that I have needed to do for years. I’m a Ladybird (as we would say here in the UK) and my husband is a cricket.

I had stomach problems for several years then had gallbladder surgery. Immediately I could eat anything! I had suffered for a long time so my surgery was a little complicated and I had a hospital stay. The week I came home my friend baked me a cheesecake for my birthday and I ate most of it myself. No problem! Sorry if you are more limited in what your digestion will tolerate.

Sugar is still a problem though. You look so good. Try not to get off on the bad stuff because you should be near the end of the days when food wasn’t appetizing. Keep up the good stuff. I stopped eating red meat, and high fatty stuff, for a while. 33 years later I enjoy just about everything in moderation. I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but reeses peanut butter cups...yum. I'm 23 years out from gallbladder surgery and 2 1/2 years out from weight loss surgery. The GB surgery never affected what I could or could not eat. The weight loss surgery is almost the same. I can eat almost anything, but super sugary things bother me about 50% of the time. It's a good thing I have willpower or I would be back to my highest weight. I'm working on some quarantine weight gain now, but it's coming off slowly. I never want to get back to where I was.....I feel so much better now!

Appreciate what you do have and what you can eat, not what you can't have, and those feelings will go away eventually. It really depends on your focus, doesn't it? That's what I find anyway. I switched to a WFPB way of eating a few years ago and that's how I started out, just looking to what kinds of foods I could enjoy, instead of what i was not having and it made all the difference.

I had gallbladder surgery 6 years ago and a hiatal hernia repair that reduced my stomach size a bit 4 years ago. It takes a while, but your taste buds change over time. I was a big chocolate person, and now, I rarely choose it. I tend to pick the straight sugar things, like jelly beans, laffy taffy, etc., instead of the fattier things. I often forget and try to suck down a bag of chips, but my stomach stops me dead, after a point.

I promise that the foods that you can’t eat right now you will be able to eat after your body re-regulates. The first 6 months I swear I couldn’t eat anything and now as long as I eat in moderation I can have chocolate, greasy foods etc. The only staying effect is peanut butter gives me ingestion. But pb cups are worth it!

I limit greasy food since it does cause stomach upset. Fast food does not agree with my stomach. I cook at home daily so that's not an issue. I'm looking into the possiblibility of celiac disease. And the results can be quite an emergency! It does calm down some after awhile but until then eat away and just have a potty handy !!! I have found that even businesses that say the don't have a toilet , DO ! If someone works there they have a potty !! With the correct, desperate look on your face they will tell you where it is ! Experience talking here.

I had my gallbladder out a couple years ago in my late 40s. I can eat everything! I took it really easy the first couple months and slowly started just trying little bits of potentially problematic foods but in the end I could eat everything without any problem! Hope the same happens for you! 😁

I’ve had the surgery and I still enjoy eating all those things. Everything in moderation. It took some time however, but things like butter toffee, chocolate, whipped cream, a good steak. Can’t have it all at the same time. But I still enjoy it. Listen to your body. If you try something and it doesn’t make you run to the bathroom then you can enjoy it. If it does well that’s that!!

I've had the gall bladder surgery and I can still eat chocolate and most of what I was eating before. Just monitor yourself to see if you have any reactions to food. As you are already eating smaller portions due to your first surgery you should be fine. The gall bladder is basically just a flow over for your liver. So when you don't overload your liver to rid toxins your fine.

I get a really upset stomach all the time, from a lot of foods. My doctor thinks it's excess liver bile irritating my intestines. I'm going to try medication.

Don't fret about it. I find that I eat most foods that I did before I got my gallbladder removed. Including chocolate. Eating what you would normally eat will let you know what works for you and what doesn't

Yeah you should check with your doctor. I got my gallbladder out years ago and I was eating normal food pretty quickly! Anything and everything!

I had my gallbladder removed back in February. It may take awhile for your body to adjust to the fattier foods or chocolate but you'll learn what you can eat and go out or stay close to a bathroom. Trial and error, believe me!

This is so satisfying to watch🤤 I LOVED watching it (multiple times!). I don’t foresee myself being able to do all that in 30min tho😱 I’m sure I can get there, but I think it’ll take some practice!

I had my gallbladder removed 6 years ago. I can still eat everything that I use too. I was lucky. My husband had his removed last year and he can still eat fatty foods too.

You need to talk to a Nutritionist about things that you can eat, and supplements that you can take to support life without a gall bladder. It doesn't have to be a horror show all the time! There is a good chance that you've got other things going on! I am commenting from Ontario to give context.

Had mine removed a few years ago. At first I had a hard time but now I can eat pretty much anything I want. I only run into issues if I eat too much pork. Weird I know lol

I think no gall bladder reactions are completely individualized. My husband had a gangrene (Yes! Gangrene! I thought that was a Civil War thing! LoL) gall bladder when his was removed. He HATES salad, unless it's smothered in chili or meat. He only reacts poorly to high carb meals like casseroles or creamy pasta (tomato pasta dishes don't hurt him or put him into the bathroom). Right now, he is on a low carb diet sans fake sugar, since that pains him as well. For him- steaks, beef and rice, cheese burgers, sausages, eggs and cheese, chicken BBQ, and green beans are on the weekly rotation. He loves dark chocolate, too. We have both mini Kind bars and dark chocolate M&Ms hidden in our room (away from the kids 😆) that he eats as well without trouble. Now, he does eat what he wants...Last Sunday- tacos. He was in the bathroom for 30 minutes on Monday. You pick your battles...

I had gastric bypass, lost 170 lbs and then gallbladder surgery. I can pretty much eat anything now... BUT... I choose not to... all THOSE foods are what got me into trouble in the first place!!! Be very careful please Cass... you will do ok for awhile, not regaining... but... it WILL catch up to you, and you will get all of those tastes back, then be at the starting point again. Don't throw it all away. I totally am NOT preaching here, and surely not being negative here.... just so concerned for you Dear friend!!!

Had my gall bladder out about 18yrs ago..it took a good 5 yrs before I got over the everything I eat wants to leave my body quickly. Making eating out while traveling or even running errands every tricky. Now only occasionally does something I eat both me. It's gets better.. Things that bother one person doesn't affect another..it's odd.

It takes time for your digestion to adjust. It will get better. Try just a bit of the things you want to bring back. You might try probiotics or yogurt. You were sick for so long your gut bacteria may be out of wack. Also, gas medicine (like GasX) is a lifesaver for me. The only things I can’t eat are raw broccoli or raw peppers.
