The sandwich looks good, but I honestly don't think there's enough mayo on it. Also, why turkey instead of ham? I just don't get it, if you would have went with ham I think it would have made the sandwich much better. Great value chips? This is the main problem with your lunch, i expected a more flavorful bag of chips like possibly, Cool Ranch Doritos. Great Value chips just aren't hard hitting enough. Also, really? Grape juice? What if you spilled that on your shirt, wouldn't that ruin your day? I would suggest a more clear drink such as perhaps a bottled water or even something like apple juice. This lunch has a couple good things about it, like the Mott's Apple Sauce and the extra pack of gummies you brought for if you have a sweet tooth, but overall, I'm feeling a light 3 to a strong 4.
this lunch starts off very poorly with a ham and cheese sandwich on sourdough bread which is a good concept but delivered terribly. many of the problems i’ve had with last lunch carry over onto this lunch. it just reeks of its contemporaries and i don’t see what unique qualities it has to set it apart from similar lunches. however the lunch gets slightly better after this point with a bottle of water which is a great item however it carries over the trend of blatantly copying other lunches and being disgustingly bland and tasteless. as time goes on and more items are revealed from the lunchbox, this lunch is almost completely inoffensive consisting of all filler, no killer and many of the criticisms i had of last lunch completely carry over onto this lunch. i’m feeling a light to decent 4.
@@qgp im just sick of these retarded meme comments and not seeing shit with actual substance, like only demented seals find them funny anyways it just wastes space
People in the comments saying "the list is mainstream" nobody said it had to be full of obscure indie bands. He asked for their favorite, he didn't demand them to be unique.
I get it, a lot of the list gives off “I have unique taste for my age” attitudes. But if we’re honest, most of the best records of this decade are on this list. Obviously I wouldn’t include some that I think are on here due to the sad white boy vibes that plague that discord.
1999 nah if imma be honest even Fantano’s list is wayyy better. Just add MBDTF and GKMC and move Rodeo up a bit. Still not even close to mine but his top 20ish is better than this.
Mod from the server here: the reason the albums are almost all kinda fantano-aligned is because it was aggregated from everyone’s individual lists by choosing the albums that appeared most frequently. Most to all of the lists had more outlandish or obscure picks but since they didn’t appear commonly enough they didn’t end up on the final product. For example, I was the only one with The Chariot - Long Live on my list, so it didn’t appear. It do be like that sometimes.
yep, i was gathering data for this too and most if not all people had personal passions that only got mentioned once or twice across the whole server. the only thing people really agreed on was tpab being #1 of the decade and igor #1 of the year - the rest was pretty uniform and mostly just stuff everyone has heard and is easy to put on a list.
literally the only two women who made the list I could remember were Lorde and Lana del rey which I love. Melodrama is my favorite album of all time. But like my list would be so different. (My top albums would be NFR by Lana, Blonde by Frank Ocean, Melodrama by Lorde, MAGDALENE by FKA Twigs, Punisher by Phoebe Bridgers) So many good female albums!
Colby Gregory although those albums would probably all be up on my favorite albums of all time, this list was the top albums of the decade, and punisher came out this year lol
Tbf I don't listen to a lot of women. They completely ruled the 90s and 00s rnb but lately it's harder to find someone I like besides someone like Syd or Noname or Tash Sultana
Kendrick is a fucking GOAT in the hip-hop scene though, and definitely the top force in this past decade. Frank Ocean and Death Grips I can do without, prefer Danny Brown and JPEG Mafia's stuff.
@Anthony Salerno I think it goes beyond that where he purposely berates and mocks the artist and puts them down over some fckn music. Thats why i hate this dude.
@@k-leb4671 minecraft project is incredibly solid, the music in minecraft for a long time was the only companion to singleplayer. great, ambient, moody, probably generation defining, i love project alpha.
Kuba Sosnowski it has high highs (power, devil in a new dress, runaway) but the lows are very low (hell of a life, half of monster, blame game having a unnecessary Chris rock skit, so appalled besides ye jay and push) I don’t know how fans can call it a perfect album when the flaws are so clearly there, it’s like they’re ignored on purpose to suit the hivemind that this album is somehow a masterpiece
Anthy we call you “melon” when you gonna call ur fans, ur “seeds” Edit: a lot of people in my reply’s want us to be called the “twinks”? Not fucking cool.
At 90% of the times i desagree with Fantano's opinions about music, sometimes it sounds very easy to predict if he's gonna like or dislike an album. But who cares, he's entertaining and fun, and a true enthusiast about music in general. And music is good. Respecto.
@@ashleycatz I mean both versions are amazing, but it's still mostly the same album getting two spots on the list. You could easily just have one on the list to represent the both of them.
It's an aggregate list based on lists made by people who are all Fantano fans, of course the list is gonna be somewhat predictable. That doesn't mean that the people who submitted a list don't have a unique taste in music, it's just inevitable that any obscure picks are gonna drown beneath the ones that everyone picked.
@@nielsbaumann6485 Such as? I didn't see any albums that struck me as particularly niche, though I was surprised with the inclusion of some of them like Plastic Beach (no idea people loved this album so much) or the Tribe album, but I wouldn't call either of those niche at all

This entire comment section is full of people making fun of condescending music fans, while simultaneously being incredibly condescending. Wow, it's almost like a collective list of top music from a group that follows a music reviewer will tend to have similar tastes to that reviewer, and that popular stuff will get the most votes. Who is fucking surprised? All of these albums are good albums, I don't think most people would generally dispute that, so I don't see what the problem is. You can't complain about music snobbery while being incredibly snobby at the fact that the music that was on the list wasn't "obscure" enough for you. Good music is good music, regardless of how popular it is. How about you people just let people like what they like.

George Porter can you be more of a hypocrite? You say he should let people enjoy what they want when the comments he is criticising make fun of the music that they enjoy.
Sad to see Carrie and Lowell being left off yet another list of top albums of the decade. I truly think it's some of the most perfect songwriting I've heard for years.
serious comment alert : can you do a vid on like 10 albums / discography ( of an artist) that you would choose if you would be stuck on a desert island forever - i know its kinda cliche but meh i really want to know if you would choose like quantity over quality cause of the massive time period etc etc
Yeezus is legitimately my favorite Kanye album. Though as far as the entire decade goes, it can't surpass To Pimp a Butterfly or AT.LONG.LAST.A$AP, but probably ties with Blank Face LP for third place.
Finally some respect in ATLLA,amazing album, yeezus it's one of the best kanye albums, not my favorite i think mbdtf and late registration are better but it's awesome
@@jonathancarranza6046 Perhaps their music is just as good it's just that men don't take it as seriously because of a ton of sociocultural factors I mean TRY and tell me Kate Bush's music isn't just as good if not BETTER than her contemporaries at the time. See also Bjork, Fiona Apple, Joni Mitchell, Rico Nasty, Phoebe Bridgers, just to name a few
The list looks like that of the most stereotypical discord white boy. I feel like if every TND fan contributed as opposed to the discord it might be more varied.
It looks like only white ppl patronizes him :( but it's ok, he stays objective on his reviews despite the fact his being funded (partially bc of the youtube revenue) by white ppl lmao
et Han of Astora it’s because it wasn’t based on discussion and voting it was just based on all of their individual lists and how much everything appeared.
My album of the decade is IGOR. While there may be technically better albums out there, IGOR hit me like no other album did, and was something I'd never heard before in music. It genuinely captivated me and now whenever I hear one song from it I have to go and listen through all of it. On a more objective standpoint it takes influences from some of the other bests of the last decade, meaning its an amalgamation of the best. I love the album dude.
My favourite album of the decade wasn't on the list. That is because your discord mods tried to silence me, but I will not be silenced! @@ugonwigwe5136 I was already listening to noise artists like dreamcrusher before I discovered clipping. so their music was far from the most earpiercing thing I listened to.
Like Clockwork is at least top 5 for me. The drums on that album kick so much ass, especially on If I Had a Tail. And the guitar work on it is so all over the place but in a way that feels so right; which I thought applied to tracks like Smooth Sailing and Fairweather Friends as well. Plus you got Vampyre of Time and Memory, where the Piano and Guitar work so well together to make one of the most Melancholic songs ive ever listened to. Every song is at least very good. But the meat of the album, starting at Sat By the Ocean and ending with I Appear Missing, make it a Masterpiece imo. Especially the last minute of I Appear Missing. All in all, the album sounds like what coming back to life might feel like.
I had it #2 on my list behind MBDTF. My God is the sun and I Appear Missing both in my top 10 favourite songs from the last decade too with the latter having one of the best finishes to a rock song ever.
Stephen A. Smith i wonder what he’d think of me replacing congratulations with the self titled and putting it even higher. MGMT are hardcore overlooked and I wish he cared about their other work more. (He did place congratulation on his top 200 along with LDA to be fair)
I’m so happy Twin Fantasy is getting so much love from this corner of the Internet. I found that album during university and would dance by myself to it all over campus at night.
Zelgaro Regarding St. Vincent, while I personally love Strange Mercy and especially the self-titled, they are slightly messier, more divisive records than Actor, which I would say remains her best. Still disappointing, however. And really, while I wouldn't call it outright sexist, the list is exceedingly dudely-mainly, I think, as a function of the people who seek out and stan female artists being less likely to come to a consensus on what record was best from whom-although the effusive love for Will Toledo, Tyler and the Brockhampton boys at least keeps it from being painfully straight.
@@goghballs8938 Kacey musgraves, kkb (ik it's a band but the main singer is a girl so whatever it counts i guess), Lingua Ignota, Rina Sawayama, Björk or even rosalia should be on here tbh

Shocked that given the Mount Eerie/ Car seat Headrest/ Radiohead love that Sun Kil Moon didn't make the cut. Benji is fantastic and I wouldn't have even been upset to see Among the Leaves on here
