I had the same thing when i had a play in theater, and i told myself : Look, forget about fear, step out of your comfort zone, and do it, no matter what. And i did it, it was cool, when i stepped on the stage, fear was gone. And let me tell you something, i felt great . :) Peace .

I'm glad you share your messages with the world Prince EA! It helps knowing that there are people out there who think like I think. For the past few months I've been homeless, going to bed hungry, and just last week buried my father. And yet I continue living life with meaning and passion. I won't lie though, there have been many a moments where I've wanted to give up. Lie down and let life beat me into submission. Its not easy for anyone to over come their fear. though it is harder for people with anxiety. but you have to go out and drive past your fear anyways because the more you let anxiety and fear make your decisions the more control they have over you. its all the same whether you do dont have anxiety you have to push through it all the same.
Your anxiety may seem like it is so hard to overcome at first, but if you think to yourself "There is nothing to fear" "I have no fear", it will help you. That's how I overcame my anxiety. I told myself there is nothing to fear.

Been there, done that. Fear and anxiety have ruled my life since I was 20 and I'm 35 now. That's why I subscribed to your channel. I'm done living life this way. You inspire me and many others. I've learned that the only outcome you'll ever get is failure if you don't at least try. I've always been afraid of success so I just have been lazy. I'm afraid of the possibilities. Hoping that your messages encourage me to do more. It's never too late. I was diagnosed with clinical depression at the age of 21 and recently watched your video You Are Not Depressed. my dream is to become a footballer and I hope you achieve yours the way to really overcome this is just get your self confident with what ever that u do and always think that even if u fail today and mabey 10 people witness it , what then they will forget the next week and carry on with their lives. but after conquering that fear you could be successful and watched by thousands and your success will be known for years . once u fail never give up and keep trying. I'll give you an example I've played for years of football and most of them years it had been training I only joined a team after I was 14 years old , I wasn't the greatest and played out of my position for two years , this was because I was to scared to ask the manager if he could put me forward . you see my fear left me playing two years of football in a lower league football team in the wrong position , and because if this my sel believe and courage to keep going slowly fell simply because I was scared to ask ... now going into my third season I play for a professional academy and in the position that I love this was done because I motivated my self to be the best and always keep my mind state as the best . some may say that thinking your the best might find you arrogant but this is the way that I will be trying to achieve my goals . never give up and prepare to fail and repeat and try again that's my advice for you my friend
