3:33 am 😔 I'm chronically under sleeping for I don't know how long these the last few years no wonder I feel like crap most days but I'm such a night owl it's hard for me to fall asleep
I don't understand why people criticize Bryan; from my perspective, he is a genuinely altruistic individual who tirelessly works to develop this blueprint that everyone can benefit from.
@@pax3974he is not Jesus and all he does is demo on what he can do with money and how much time he has for him self - anybody can get laser treatments pop supplements and get home gym with $ and pay for bio- meter tests
@Dagmar Launer he's not saying this is for the average Joe. He's got a bloody clinic in his house. What did you expect. He's just on his journey of health and wellness. And the dude above didn't say he's Jesus, just that everybody has haters even if they are good with great intentions and actions.
@@leiladasha Nobody is calling him Jesus. The point I made is that there will always be people to criticize you, no matter who you are or what you do. But if you think you're a position to criticize Bryan, let me remind you that he sold his company for $800m, and you're the one sitting in the comment section of his video, watching him. Not the other way around. "Hate always comes from beneath you." ☕
I have a whole new level of respect for Bryan. What an authentic and caring individual. Magnificent. The other media that I have seen about him, don’t do him justice. This is great.
You absolutely right 👍 His super veggie dish really hit me and I'm no vegan normally. I have it daily but a little changes every other day. But brokolly and cauliflower is great, especially with the ginger and garlic grated and a lot of chilli. I also want to introduce facets of his sleeping routine 👍 Take care, bro 😎
I’m 6 months sober for the first time in 10 years because of how much Johnson inspired me. And it all started with sleep. Sleeping reduced my anxiety, and made facing the real world bearable
He and his story is grossly misrepresented by the media and they are super happy doing it. I am glad I watched this and learnt a bit more about him and his ambitions. He is such a cool guy.
He's certainly a hard worker...stress has taken a toll on him...he must have short telomeres, but what he's doing now won't lengthen them. Stress on top of stress 🙁
I was curious about his pillow at bedtime. He uses the same small flat pillow I use. Since my son moved in with me recently I discovered that I go to my bed earlier. I need my alone time and time to wind down and be solitary.. I I sleep well and feel refreshed when I wake up. Previously when I was living alone I was going to sleep later and I usually sleep well. I think it's important to adjust your sleeping arrangements if your lifestyle changes. I was happy to discover my dental routine is similar as well.. I also look about 20 years younger than my age. I've always nurtured myself.
The best part of the video for me is the relationship between father and son, and the level of trust and admiration the kid has to commit to the same ideas and endeavors as his dad. That is more valuable than living a thousand years
Dude his son starting at a young age with this protocol is going to be interesting to see. If he sticks with it he could be the first immortal being like in LOTRs or some shit lol. But seriously I'm trying to goal align to this but this family will be interesting to watch over time
I guess the “best” blood boy would be the one that is most genetically similar to you that is kept as healthy as possible with the same diet and environment like your son who lives with you. It is strange to make your kid feel like he is doing something good by giving up his youth for you. A strange manipulation. Very Saturnian. Very Chronos like. Yahuah Bless. Yahuah Is King. Yahuah Is. It Was Written.
Please upload more Bryan, I find your journey so fascinating and want to learn more. I’m 16 currently and you’ve inspired me to start getting way better sleep and improve my diet. Your such an inspiration. People like you make me feel optimistic for the future.
I’m impressed with his glowing skin. However, i’m more impressed in the way he could laugh at himself for negative comments about him. The self-awareness and humour is great. This is where I genuinely say to Bryan, “You do you!” If you’ve been through life struggling with mental and physical health and finally discovered a way and can afford it, NO ONE should be able to take that away from you. Hope you could share more tips and what you do on a daily basis that your viewers could apply.
@@rebeccazen888it’s only our customs that expect white people to not be totally white. Except in Japan where they strive for it. But their eyebrows and eyelashes are dark so they just look like they have porcelain skin and not ‘pale’. It’s just what we get used to seeing and expecting. He is way more healthier than a leather, tanned skinned person. I’m sure his Vit D levels are perfect.
This is insane in the most wonderful way. It's such an inspiration. You literally feel to improve your life after watching this. You may not have the money to do what Bryan does, but most things are not expensive. Just sleep well, eat healthy, fast, take your vitamins, work out and have a stable mind. Inner peace and sleep are the most important. Thank you for sharing this for free, Bryan! ❤️
He has stated in interviews that he's spending his millions to get answers about aging well, so that we don't have to. :) Part of his plan is to share what he learns so we can follow, if we want. His skincare items come from the drugstore. They couldn't be cheaper. And toothpaste and a toothbrush and waterpik-- all basic. Like you, I look forward to hearing more.
@@ivanj.conway9919 a lot of his blueprint is based on lowering the chance that you die from random things like heart attacks and stroke, whether its the blood tests or the good sleep, just being aware of what's going on in your body and trying to be healthy increases life span. So while you don't need to do everything he's doing, most of the money is probably spent on skin stuff which idk if it actually helps lifespan, just doing some is a good step.
@@ivanj.conway9919After looking at his blueprint information, it includes diet, intermittent fasting, exercise, body care, minimizing stress, and perfecting sleep. I’m extremely thankful that Bryan shares his journey with us.
Thank you. You’ve become a role model to me. Everyone around me is engaging in self destructive behaviors but find some way to justify it. You’ve been inspiring and life changing for me.
As a 15 year old who practices health and wellness Blueprint and more specifically Bryan has been a huge influence, I really look up to him and am greatfull for what he is providing to humanity.
do not quit. take advantage of the knowledge and information available to you at such a young age. when i was 15 youtube forever changed my life wiht the amount of information i was able to obtain for free.
You can clearly see how passionate Bryan is towards optimal human health. It’s inspiring to see such commitment, and I’m confident he will be on the front tier of many new human aging discoveries!
@@adampopeens2728 whether he has OCD or not, would you not agree that when you’re dealing with science, you want to eliminate as many variables as possible, thus having a level as OCD is required? Personally, I just think he’s very passionate about what he does! ☺️
His dedication to health is unparalleled, it amazing to see him doing all this research that could help generations and we’re witnessing it in real time. Very interesting!
I’ve only just started watching your videos but you have completely blown me away! Everything you say makes so much sense. I’m 47 years old and can feel my body literally dying… I am addicted to food, I have terrible sleep, I’m extremely overweight and just feel lost and desperate… BUT, your videos have given me hope and I’m going to try and implement some of your routines. Keep up the good work and thank you ❤❤❤
At least you're noticing. I have learned a LOT from Dr. Robert Lustig - there's a fantastic interview with Dhru Purohit that was shocking to me. I've also learned a lot from Dr. Pradip Jamnadas who has wonderful lectures and interviews here. The Bittersweet Truth was the first one I saw and it was very eye opening.
First step is what you are doing which is acknowledging, great job! Take it one day at a time with small changes at a time, whether it’s more water, cuts carbs, cut fast food
No words can describe you! I was the guy who wondered why someone would spend so much money to look younger, but after watching a couple of videos, I'm now a total fan. You are an inspiration. The way you explain and provide solutions for every problem you face, without hesitation, is going to change human civilization and set research on a different trajectory. I had all problems originating from being sleep-deprived, and I'm going to listen to the Theta waves you recommended.
14 years ago, when I enrolled in college, I knew one thing: that I was interested in health and wellness. I enrolled in a nutrition minor, a psych minor, then eventually graduated and went to nursing school after trying physical therapy and failing. The thing is, your content is what I thought I was going to be learning about the whole time. I feel like Blueprint clears out all the fluff and cuts straight to the heart of what is needed. Thank you so much. We need an overhaul in health and wellness education and our awful sickcare system where I see the ravages of the 🤮SAD🤮 every day. We need a new perspective, one centered around the blueprint and human/AI alignment. You have become an incredible inspiration, and I’ll have you know I just cooked my first batch of black lentils ever. My supps are all lined up and my blueprint journey is just beginning.
Bryan, I just want to thank you for doing all this. I mean I don’t go as far as you, but I have incorporated some of your diet, sleep habits, and “firing my evening self”. I was already fairly healthy, but I feel great lately. Thank you for making everything available and most importantly, for standing against the self-destructive consumer habits of this culture.
He likely has dry eye because his diet is poor quality and non-species specific for humankind. It's actually quite common. I wouldn't follow his diet for any long amount of time if I were you. Remember he takes tens of supplents to account for all the nutrients he is missing from his diet, so are you doing that in order to make up for not eating sufficient animal food?
This man is a albino redheads he ages two time more than normal people.....this man is a freak.............if you eat a plant base alkaline diet"" Vegeterian , no fried food , no alchohol and stay away from cosmic radiation....................you can be young loooking.. taking all these shit vitamins supplements only damage your live and are toxic to the body ............................this man reminds me of Michael Jackson...his aim is to sell supplements and make money !
So, the lesson is to prioritize your health or later you'll spend all your money on reclaiming your health. And also spending this crazy amount of money is useless. Sorry for you, but you're looking worse than before!
This guy is so caught up in this, imagine he will be trying to continue this in 10 years and 20 years, then 40 years without YT supporting. When famous it matters, but one day it wont. This guys crash is coming harder than most peoples. Its cool and interesting right now, but I feel the disaster ahead is coming. Nobody is perfect.
What a great person you are Bryan Johnson. After your monologue about current AI situation and stuff... I wish I could find more people like you to talk with about such things irl.
It’s tough not to fall in love with this man’s ideas and his way of being. He has more money than most of us will ever have privy to in a lifetime, and here he is describing to us what works in regards to our health and feeling good. Really good . Not the hypnosis of poor habits . I just think you’re very kind Bryan Johnson. I’m 68 and I’ve been doing a lot throughout my years to honestly feel good. Discipline pays off in multiple bouquets of everything. Bryan honestly; your describing the best of what life can be and feel like. Your time with your son who over time I can tell how much you respect him. Thank you for presenting and representing alternatives to what a joyful life is and can be. I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed anyone as you are here on RU-vid. I feel so so lucky to have found you and your videos on here. Woww! If this isn’t living in a better world I honestly don’t know what is. (I’m getting dry eyes and going to research and ask my ophthalmologist about it.)
I'm in my mid 30s and have only just realised the importance of self care and how this ties in with self esteem and wellbeing. I think it's great you're taking the time to help others by spreading this message, trialling different ways of putting it into practice and giving the specifics of what you've found valuable.
I think it's brave and great you're doing this and sharing it. As a medical doctor I manage disease which is mostly caused by day to day living incorrectly and most conditions completely preventable. Watching your videos has also helped me become aware of a lot of deficiencies in my way of living and I am sure anyone who watches this will take something away to help them live better and prevent some diseases. Thanks Bryan for sharing.
This is beautiful heart warming video. I thought Talmage was your friend at first. When I learned he is your son, it brought tears to my eyes. That you get to experience a wonderful life with him. Thanks so much Bryan for being generous with your protocols, and with your inner life. I sincerely thank you, and I wish you continued prosperity, and abundant health. Cheers!
As a programmer in his 20s, Bryan has reminded me of the importance of health goes along with tech. The crude reality of sacrificing body health for product excellence already resonates with me deeply. I can't believe the reflection on human civilisation's trajectory at the end is even more inspiring. Respect!
I really admire your willingness to openly share your life, your rejuvenation methods/approaches/researches, technology & everything, I've learned so much from each of your video. You are truly a kind person working hard to benefit the humanity. Thank you!!
Started blueprint endeavor for health improvements, however during the process came to realized Bryan is more humanitarian than health or longevity guru! Much appreciate your work and content Sir!
I understand that Bryan aims at adding more days to his life. However, one of my favorite wisdoms of all time is "it is not about adding more days to your life, but it is about adding more life to your days". Edit: love your videos nonetheless, and you're absolutely a totally cool guy!
If you focus on what he is saying though it isn’t just about adding more days to his life, it is about maximizing his mind to live each day properly and be able to think as best as possible. Rewatch the last couple minutes of video to hear specifically
Did you see the last part of the video - that is what he says exactly . But yeah - most who try to look younger or be younger or live longer … they do cause they want the experiences one gets in life and yet they don’t actually pursue those experiences actively… they just wait , meaning the fundamental issue is not resolved . I have also been guilty of that
You will add life to your days when you’re healthy enough to enjoy them better now and especially when you age. The whole point of this philosophy is not to just add days to your life it’s to add life to your days.
I’m genuinely confused as to why you continue to take thyroid medicine. It sounds like you have your diet, sleep, exercise, etc all under control and lead a very healthy life so why would you still have an autoimmune disfunction?
Man the relationship this guy has with his son is really cool to see, open, and explorative, I was skeptical about this man but I'm rapidly coming around.
We really do appreciate the openness and your willingness to share even the non-glamorous details. It’s helping more than you might imagine. Please keep it up!
Bryan, THANK YOU so much for what you're doing. I am 46 and over the last 4-5 years I've started to do a lot of the things that you do, but to have someone like you who's using data and trial and error, and frankly, has the money to be able to do this, is such a huge help for humanity. I have a Whoop on the way and an iom2 HRV device. I also use a few other devices for meditation like the NeoRythym which works in a very similar way to the theta waves (brainwave entrainment) and it really helps me to get into the perfect meditative state rather easily and quickly. I use Mendi, Muse 2, and I am going to start taking the same supplements, vitamins, and minerals. I already use injectable NAD+, Metformin, and I'm currently using B12/MIC shots to lose some weight that I want to get rid of. I am just starting to really take this seriously as I have more time and money to focus on my health, and I just wanted to thank you for providing this blueprint for those of us who want to reverse aging and feel healthy and happy for as long as possible (hopefully for as long as we want).
Thank you for your generosity and for doing everything you're doing. We have so much to learn and improve in our lives because of the experiments you're undertaking. Thank you!
Two questions: 1. What laser treatment do you do exactly on your skin and how often? 2. Do u ever go to restaurants? how do you satisfy social satisfaction?
I know I’m late to this reply, but on your second question: You just learn to accept that you will be a little different at the social gathering. After a while, it doesn’t bother you that you’re eating something else or not eating at all at the function. There’s an adjustment period
He’s not a sweet guy. He is a narcissist billionaire tyrant who tried to sue his wife who was dying of breast cancer. The whole time he was cheating on her with multiple women. Look him up. He cares about no one else except for himself
Hi Bryan, I'm deaf myself and therefore have a bit of an interest in hearing health. Since there is a well established link between untreated hearing loss and Alzheimer's disease, I was thinking that since you have hearing loss, you could probably benefit from a hearing aid in that ear rather than just using the headphones in the evening. That way you could stimulate the nerves in your ear all day and it would be exactly programmed for your specific hearing levels so would probably be more effective than the headphones. Also in the realm of preventing dementia, there are several studies that show that learning a language or a musical instrument can slow the development of dementia. Are you already doing this or would that be something you might think about adding to your routine? I am aware that you have a whole team of doctors so I'm assuming someone has already thought about that, but since you didn't mention it, I thought I would. I'm also deaf and a language student so that's where my bias comes from.
Wow, great video. I really like how you ended with your vision - I've been hearing stuff about "this billionaire who wants to be an 18 year old and wants to live forever". You seem like a humble person who really wants to do what's good for humanity. Imagine what kind of world we would have if we all had this mindset? I also really appreciate that you are sharing your knowledge with us on this accessible platform.
Thank you SO much Bryan, for sharing so much with us about your learnings (& such openness about your own life/health etc). Truly you’re such an incredible human being and helping evolve us all!
My view on Bryan has changed so dramatically since first discovering him, and as a ‘bio-hacker’ I feel awful for judging him so harshly at first. This man is not only incredibly balanced and intentional, he has clearly been through significant personal challenge in his life that has helped to form the person he is today. I hope to see much more of him on this journey.
You seem to admire exterme vanity. To spend $200,000 a year to fight aging and drink pills 4x a day every day to keep up is not admirable. It's vanity to the extreme.
@@piaberling2078 No, spending millions to tell average joe like you that reversing age is possible but only if you have $200,000/yr. available at your disposition for all the medical procedures, pills, powders, private chef, equipment, etc. That's what we judge.
Sleep is nice. But for the majority of people that actually has a day job and then tries to have some other interests and maybe a family, it's more like rushing to get ready to bed at 11 pm and then up at 5 because they have to and then at the weekend take every chance to get up as late as possible to catch up some hours.
When he gets into the “why brushing teeth in camera part “. ♥️ ❤️!! Beautiful and heart felt , thank You Bryan for being so genuine infront of the entire world , not caring being vulnerable because it can help another human being ♥️ l love that , thank You!
Certainly in a country like Nicaragua and my income you could never follow Bryan's full protocol. But I have to say that he has been part of my motivation to give importance to my sleep, diet and exercise. My seborrheic dermatitis is almost gone, my energy levels increased and even my confidence and sex drive. Thank you my friend, you are one of a kind.
That's great, well done. And my perspective is to just take baby steps toward full blue print and to consistently improve and build good habits that build on each other.
This morning after 2 months and 1/2 of practicing the blueprint ,(without the supplements), I had a 100% quality sleep (as measured by an app). It felt so great to achieve his. My average until then was 70% quality sleep.
My sleep is iffy at best, can you please share what made the most difference do you think with improving your sleep? Ie. I already try to go to sleep early. I try to manage my stress and eat fairly healthy.
@@turenam2772 you have to be intentional and visualise your good night of sleep. Then it is about building a process that will out you in the best conditions to sleep. What ever this process is, my suggestion is to really identify steps, that put you in a good mood for bed. Showering in the evening maybe or having a warm bath that puts you in that mood, wearing confortable clothes, meditating, reflecting, journaling etc... identify what puts you in the right mood prior to sleeping
This is much appreciated, I salute you. Thank you so much. What this man is doing will be huge, he's like a pioneer. Much of what he's doing and showing us for free might help us. For sure I'm going to pick some habits and stick into my routine. I'll drop here every now and then to check on your update, please keep bringing more!
As a college student, it is without a doubt that implementing education as my priority has negatively impacted my health and wellness, whether it was studying for hours, staying up for deadlines, or simply because school can get stressful I quickly realized that I should really take care of my health. This video showed me insights on steps I’m taking to better improve my sleep and health, thank you for the video Bryan!
It is very valuable to be able to see how serious and first hand all experimenting is done. I hope more people get inspired by this process and start honestly sharing and testing various things. I think it's definitely the way we can learn so much about us as humans and how to maintain our bodies better in the future 😉
So happy I live in a time where I can access amazing information like this and change my life for the better, I am 17 and you really inspire me Bryan! ❤️
I like how Bryan doesn’t come across as dogmatic. Hes ready to say something may work for him but it’s also an individual experience. I get the sense he’s still ready to challenge and even change things up to explore better iptions
I really love that he admitted to using hair dye. After talking to several doctors, they always talk about how they decide treatments based on their benefits and dangers. Brian, you do so much for your body, if hair dye makes you happy, then good for you. It definitely has benefits. 💜
Today I was thinking that neglecting my sleep very much resembles other bad habits that I used to have and were compromising a lot of my time and energy. Very happy to see that Bryan noticed the same thing in regards to the way he thinks and does thinks. I've quit everything (and happily so, don't miss any of the garbagey lifestyle choices and mental habits), sleep seems to be the last one to cut off. I'm too worried about what I will miss by being loyal to a sleep schedule (especially since I am a performer), but I am now inspired to start it as a one month test! Thank you, Bryan!

It is a soothing experience to see that somebody else lives like me: walking around with a little cooling bag with my meal in it to make sure that I don't break my IR diet. :-) Some days it is very annoying but otherwise I wouldn't break it because it keeps me sane, fit and young. :-)
Thank you for this 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Bryan, could you categorize by effort or cost or results. For example, for 50% benefit, with 10% with high expense effort…do lasers. For 20% benefit, with zero cost, do this etc. So Bryan, if you can allow people are create a mechanism by which people can optimize based on results, cost or effort, that would be an amazing gift to humanity. 😊 thanks again!!
About the gadget for dry eye (6:20). It is pretty expensive (itear 100). I just tried the trick with sonic toothbrush I have, put the head (opposite to bristles) to the spot on the nose and it works! Wet eyes and I even sneezed. Just sharing my discovery... 😀
Bryan has money to burn yes and so far I only see he is dealing with sun damage with laser -cheat on his 6 pack and use a lot of supplement because he cut off meat eggs dairy
“Criticism” this is just a reflection of them not of you. From an early age I was blown away how the body has the ability to heal itself, this is definitely taking it to another level. It is a joy to see the work and effort you and your team put into the project. Best wishes for your future endeavours.
This was a brilliant video. The editing is excellent. The music is calming , the lighting , your voice …it makes watching it such a pleasure. Thank you for this.
For me, talking about the everyday baby steps (brushing teeth) makes this epic journey to ultimate wellness less overwhelming and more achievable because it something that I already do - just with some important tweaks. Thank you so much for sharing such important, value-rich, well organized, and relatable content!

A family member was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and didn’t want to go on a lifetime on medication. After a lot of research found that there is a direct link between low vit d levels and hypothyroidism. Tests found that that he had very low levels of vit d. After consultation doctor put him on high dose of vit d. After 3 months there is no sign of hypothyroidism. What was your underlying cause for hypothyroidism? Have you been able to figure this out? Did the protocol not help resolve this?
The more I watch the videos from this crazy looking dude, the more I start to believe that Brian is actually some genuine and smart person that really care about his grind. Keep up the good work my man and we will continue learning from you.
Definitely going to try the mouthguard and the eating routine. I can't afford all of the amazing protocols you're using here but I hope they get affordable one day.
Be aware, I got sleep apnea from a mouthguard (but has to use it), as it creates more saliva, so I can choke on it - scary at times. Angle pillow works tho, but my neck doesn't always love it.
Nah. He's just self obsessed and OCD with money. "I put my lunch bag on the floor." You'd think with his super bolstered health and immune system he wouldn't be such a germ freak.
Thanks for sharing these videos with us, they're fantastic. I'm wondering how you were able to reverse your gum recession? I have the same thing but when I asked my dental hygienist if it was reversible she said it wasn't.
Bryan, this was the first ever video of you that I've watched. I must say we need more people like you both in the way we view health and as well as the way we exist in society.
seriously?...vegans with no real life force and energy / fire in them sleeping alone like hermits all wake early doing laser treatments - hide from sun permanently.. have doctors around them 24/7 LOL
Amazing Video cannot fully express how it made me feel. Thank you Bryan for continuing to share information and educate on how everyone can help improve their lives! As always cant wait to see more. Thoroughly appreciate and support your ideas for humanity's future and couldn't relate more to your way of thinking even if i cant fully articulate it myself. Will still be cheering you on when you reach 120 😄
Sleep should be the #1 priority in life. Sleeps helps our bodies and brains recover. This recovery process is essential for optimal growth and energy output for the next day.
- lovely seeing you being your authentic self. In interviews you get interiogated quite a bit and you always seem a bit uncomfortable but here you seem so relaxed and peaceful. :) it's nice...really calming. With love to ya!
The idea of starting inward before trying to change the outside world for the better is a common idea philosophically. You are just taking that process and applying it to the physical body. After all, a healthy mind and body are the best assets in thinking optimistically.
Yeah it’s the same with nature - one finger points at somebody else & three points back to you. I‘m really looking foreword to this era of self-reflective re-building our outer world by changing misleading identities. ❤
I started my journey of optimizing my health a year ago. It is really neat to see that I am quite similar in approach, execution, and organization of routine/ protocols, without having you as a prior reference. I took it upon myself to listen to the experts, extrapolate important data, and mold it to my personal requirements/ needs. Obviously, it's a never ending quest, but I'm comforted knowing that I am in the ballpark I need to be in. Thank you for sharing this with us, and providing inspiration (for me, at least), to keep at it! Here's to min-maxing sleep so that our days are easy to conquer, haha.
