TO TRAIN WITH ME [WORKOUT PROGRAMS):
PORTABLE MINI FRUIT BLENDER: discoverydynas...
RECIPES
WELLNESS SHOT:
2 limes
2 apples
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
water
BREAKFAST:
3 scrambled eggs
2 pieces of bacon
Granola Bowl -
1 cup granola
2 tblsp. plain yoghurt
fresh fruit
LUNCH:
Chicken -
1. Season with paprika, thyme, black pepper and garlic powder and drizzle some oil over it.
2. Place in airfryer basket and cook 370 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 4 minutes.
Cabbage slaw -
Cut up your vegetables (white and red cabbage, spinach, lettuce, carrot) and dress with 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1-2 tbsp lemon juice and salt and pepper.
DINNER:
Sweet Potato:
1. Cut up your sweet potato into cubes and season with salt, pepper and italian herbs. Drizzle some olive oil and cook in the airfryer at 200 degrees.
Barbecue Shredded Chicken:
1. Wash you chicken and slice into two halves. Season with salt and pepper and lightly saute on a grill pan with melted butter for 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the sauce (ingredients listed in the video).
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and allow to simmer (5 minutes).
4. Remove the chicken and allow the sauce to simmer for 5 more minutes. Shred the chicken and put back into the sauce. And it's ready!
Butter Lettuce:
1. Tear up your lettuce into smaller pieces. Add in your croutons and chopped yellow pepper. Dressing: ! lemon juice, 1 tsp. olive oil and 1 tsp. mayonnaise

One thing about nutrition is understanding how your fitness goal and tailoring your nutrition to fit those goals. If your goal is to burn fat, burn more calories than you consume. But put an emphasis on protein as it has a very high satiety index, meaning you feel fuller on protein than on any other food group. A realistic diet is more sustainable than getting on any restrictive diet. Thanks Bonge for this video. I love it.

Most likely not much different than what she eats here but with a calorie surplus (basically just eat more). You can do dirty bulking, which is by achieving calorie surplus by eating junk food. Whether you want to get muscle or lose fat, proteins are your friend

I begin fatloss and i eat 5 times a day. You have to eat better not less. You have to calculate your calories need in a day and eat about 10-15% less. Begin a physical activity example work 5.000-10.000 steps a day and home work out 2 times a week in the beginning
