I went to lush weeks ago and picked out all this skincare without talking to anyone and I'm an idiot and picked the wrong things so then my skin was dry and breaking out and the lady that worked there gave me the right products and ultrabland is one of them and it CHANGED MY LIFE. It might be a good idea to see a dermatologist about those little bumps on the forehead. I say this because I once had something similar in appearance that turned out to be really small warts. I was given a medical skin cream and the bumps were quickly gone. I'm no medical expert and can't say you have the same thing. With Sweden's excellent healthcare I'd take advantage of it and just see what an expert thinks a remedy would be. Could just be clogged pores, but you're right, if they don't eventually go away you should get them checked out, most likely you just need to change your skincare routine.

Reusable cotton rounds are great for toner! All you need to do is wash them after a bit, they work just as well as the single use ones and are more economical and eco-friendly :)

Love this honey! I just found you! Your so pretty and you have beautiful skin! I would due for your beautiful complex! Also what was the last moisturizer 🧴 that you used at the end I couldn’t understand what you said and I didn’t see the top! Lol 😝 thanks love I’m in Minnesota in the states! So I know all about dry weather and keeping your skin nice....I have three humidifiers going right now..nice ones....and I have them on in the summer if I have the air on which it was a lot last year because it was so sticky and humid mostly! It was horrible ! Can’t wait to see more of your videos love!

If you're looking for a scrub to try, and your skin isn't too sensitive, I adore the Ocean Salt scrub! It's quite coarse but it makes me feel so fresh. I use the same toner as you and I used to use cotton pads too, but since using this scrub I just spray the toner directly to my face and it works just as well! 💗

The toner is used to bring the skin ph to balance after cleansing it (most cleansers have basic ph, but your skin is supposed to be mildly acid). If she (or you) let it stay enough in your skin to do the work, it is not that bad to clean it afterwards.

you can spray the toner directly on your face or if you have one that you can't spray then put it in your hand first and "press" it in your face. that's what i've been doing and it honestly improved my skin i feel like the toner really goes into my pores... or you can order reusable cotton pads on etsy.. also i love your channel!🤗♥️

This video was so great!! Btw, sometimes those little forehead bumps are from eating too much yeast in certain people. It CAN help get rid of them to eat less gluten! This may not be the case with you, but sometimes it is❤️

Just a tip when rinse your face with water you need to put the toner on only because water messes with your ph levels of your skin toner balances your ph levels which makes your face the perfect balance between oily and dry (essentially makes your skin better) xx

Sometimes the little bumps can be caused by an allergy!! I had them and when I cut out dairy they went away. It's usually due to a dairy or a gluten intolerance!

Great routine!! Herbalism is great for break outs since it has nettle and rosemary :D Angels on Bare skin is great for sensitive or red skin as it calms everything down with lavender, rose, and chamomile! ^_^ ♥

Could be heat/sweat bumps, you might just need to put a zinc oxide sunscreen and it'll go away after a couple of weeks. Had the same problem

This is very similar to mine - i just switched to AOBS after Herbalism and it's been a revelation for me! I will definitely look into Millenials. Two i would recommend, if you haven't tried them, is "full of grace" serum bar (made my skin so soft) and grease lightning for spots. So glad to have found your channel! x

Try bentonite clay mixed with apple cider vinegar. It’s all natural, vegan, and inexpensive. Cleared my skin and noticed a difference literally the next day
