I learn something new for every video you post . This video reminds me of my ex when we were just sex buddies in the beginning before actually being in a relationship. I had to learn I could not change him. I have been following your advice since our coaching in November 2016, which is by moving on, even though it hurts. Out of all the hundreds of your videos, why couldn't I have seen this one two months ago?!! Almost 100% what has and is still happening and the full consequences are yet to be determined. I should have stayed high value once I put things together, gone with my gut and applied your advice which was what I figured out on my own but let him back in. If you thought this guy was a jerk my ex was even worse. She texted me she want me back, loves me, that her life was miserable without me, that she was saving money for our future together. Then when she called she said she’d been sleeping with tons of guys during our 3 months apart and she was scared she was pregnant but didn’t want me back. What kinda person does this?!

I've had a on and off again relationship for 20yrs with the love of my life. I live in NC and she lives in NJ but we facetime everyday or we did up until recently. She came down to spend the week with me and we had an amazing time. I talked with her about moving here and she had been considering it. After she left I sent her flowers about a week later and she loved them and message with it more. Then something changed, I noticed someone liking everything on her facebook page and I just asked her if there was something going on between him and her and she responded potentially.. now 2 months later she is spending a lot of time or living in his house. I do not know what went wrong and what to do now. I got destroyed by the shock and I am in tears every day thinking that she may be gone forever now. I seen how happy they are in pictures and it literally makes me wish i would just die rather than feel this pain.

Hi Coach Craig, I am not sure what I feel anymore about the situation. I will explain. My husband has been grieving the loss of his mom for the past 3 months in which he walked out of the marriage. He came 9 days ago to get his car towed from my house, he had been storing here. Well I went outside to see if I can help with anything. He was so angry before I had even went outside. When I saw that I walked away. I mentioned that I would text him later during the week. The following day he texted me and asked me what I was going to ask at the end of the week? So I told him that he could come over for Christmas. Since he has been living in his truck. The response was shocking, he said that he has nothing to celebrate since he just recently lost 4 members of his family within the past 2 or 3 months. And for me to spend it with my kids. Well all my kids are grown adults. So basically he is back to stage 1 of his grievance. He has so much anger, hatred towards everyone and everything in life. I texted him ok and left it at that.. Meanwhile I am hurting for him and his situation. So just when I thought things were getting a little better for him, emotional he is doing really bad. I know I can't help him. And that I need to still work on myself. But my problem is trying to stay focused on myself. And not to worry about him. Keep up the good work with your videos. God bless

What if I don’t reach out to the ex and haven't for like 7 months, but the ex reaches out to me once a week? The last time “three weeks ago" she was a little flirty with me, hugged me tight, touched my butt and was blushing. She doesn’t say too much about us or anything about trying to start over and won't come out and say she misses me but when I bring it up she says well yeah, you were in my life for 12 years. She says she wants to be just friends and she plans to move out of State but when we see each other her actions doesn’t match her words. Her actions show she still has strong feelings, doesn’t want to lose me, flirts with me and doesn’t want to let go, watches my Facebook stories and she says she even stalks my Facebook. But her words are saying she doesn’t want to be in a relationship, she’s wanting to move out of State and she isn’t in love with me anymore. Do I trust her words or her actions? I'm seriously considering blocking her. I'm not sure if that's the wrong thing to do. Please help!

Not so much that he wants you to chase him but you must see and understand this, he is writing to you while being in a relationship with another woman.. if you two get together again, what makes you think he won't reach out to other women? You have to understand this.. he is that kind of guy.. if he missed you so much he would dump her and get together with you instead of this crap.. gotta be realistic and objective about this..

Going through this....ex seems to be an Avoidant, has told me she's still in love with her ex, who lives on an entire different continent! I started NC last month and for nearly 3 weeks, I was good. Then she called me out the blue, I ended up asking her where do we go from here, she said she didn't know. This is sounding eerily similar to this situation. What I don't understand is, the relationship with the ex was toxic & abusive, not healthy whatsoever and our relationship was never like that. The reason I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt is because I still have strong feelings for her and that she is unaware that she's an Avoidant. I really don't know what to do....

My ex broke up with me two days ago , I haven’t communicated with him in any way since He chose to break up with me. We were in a long distance relationship for three years and were arguing daily, mostly about money. Out of the blue , last night he texted me ,”Are you ok?” ... haven’t responded back to him yet, don’t know how to without looking weak.... but perhaps by not responding back he might think I’m so sad over him I can’t even talk to him ?? What kind of message did he send me ? Does he really care or is it to stroke his own ego.

My ex was cold towards me for two months into our brake up. She broke up with me. She found out that I was having foot surgery and she told me that now I would know how it is yo have no one while going through the surgery and rehab. One week before the surgery she reached out and asked me when my procedure was going to happen and that she would help me through the process. She took care of me through the hole rehab. I'm lost as to what she is wanting since she is still dating.

Hi Craig, we married for 11 years, we both love each other very much , we have too much for each other; and we have a kid. She broke me up for 17 months , leaving a luxury life she commits to work very hard showing she is doing great and wanting to compete with me . I follow most your video including no contacts for more than 30 days several times . We tried to re communicate but she is refusing to meet up and is still stubborn , giving me hot and cold messages, so I am now ignoring her again. Today, I got a message from her she said she need money she has put the wedding diamond ring which is my marriage present for USD 5000 to someone who we used to deal with before the breakup. The need could be because she has a small share in company or her personal needs I don't know.? My question is should I help her ?

Hi I was recently dumped for the second time by my gf of two years. Not too sure why this keeps happening but I'm hanging in there as I love her and I'm sure she loves me too. I know I shouldn't call her but every few days we chat on the phone but I'm always looking for that ultimate answer of trying us again. I got it yesterday although she said don't get your Hope's up! She will text me occasionally without being pushed but I'm so confused atm. I'm giving her space too which is what she asked for. I know we are good together when things are going well, just struggling making her see it my way. Suggestions , thoughts , help ................

Give her space by doing no contact. By doing so, you'll give her the moment to miss you and realize her loss. I was recently dumped for another woman and boy, how that hurts! I am in terrible pain even to this day and he gave me mixed signals since December. Everything doesn't make sense to me at first but as days go by and by watching Coach Craig vids, I now fully understand what was happening. It is truly hard to confront myself with the truth - I was in denial at first but everything is much clearer now. My ex didn't want to lose me. He said so by crying and sobbing like a child infront of me. We hugged. He begged for a chance to be with me and redeem himself. We were in LDR and during his last visit which was just weeks ago, I found out that he has been cheating since late November - reason for drastic changes. I found my answers and I had to end the relationship a week ago. I am in a total mess even up to now but I think, it is getting better. I have been in no contact for 4 days - following advices from coaches in YT. I do not know where this would lead me but one thing is for sure, I do not want to place myself in the position where I'd end up his back up plan. If he can't be exclusive, I am not falling to his trap. Hope by sharing my experience with you will make you feel better. You are not the only person suffering at this very minute. Take ahold of yourself as much as you can and value yourself as a human being. We are made to be the best option for someone. Do not settle for anything else. To add, we were engaged for 3 months only until he dropped the bomb and wanted me to be his friend in December.

Emilio Hernandez you don't know what's on her mind, don't read into it dude. Only actions matter. The fact is she is together with a new guy and was willing to lose you forever. You have to swallow that bitter pill and move on to bigger and better things while focusing on being the best father and man you can be, that's the only thing you have control over.
