We're bread eating carb lovers around here. I hardly get the chance to get all 4 loaves into the freezer because there's always someone here taking a fresh loaf home.
This bread is made constantly and stocked in the freezer. It can serve as the main show in a meal or as a side to the meal. Either way you'll love it.
French bread: 2 loaves
2 1/4 C warm water
1 1/2 t sugar
1 T yeast
2 T olive oil
5 1/2 - 6 C all purpose flour
2 t salt
egg wash
400* 10 min
375* 15-20 minutes
