The soup dumpling needs a soup spoon. You hold it with the spoon and pierce it with chopsticks. Let the soup run into the spoon. Eat dumpling and follow with a slurp of the soup. My absolute favorite!!

Oh no, you've got to try out the dumpling spots in Rich Hill and Markham. Hwy#7 is the shit. Right between Bayview and Markham Rd. Authentic northern and Cantonese spots. There's so many concentrated in one area. A couple of Hakka and Taiwan restaurants too.
