Thanks to all your Vegas content, our trip was much more fun than expected. All these small hidden gems in and off the strip are definitely worth the trip. Thank you.
I used to live there and I never gambled either. I worked in the casino cage counting money and working in computers. The last thing I wanted to do was stay in a casino and gamble. Besides, I knew my paycheck came from people losing money in the casino. I wasn't going to turn around and give my hard earned money back to the casino by gambling!!
As a Vegas regular, I’m always looking for something new and different so I don’t end up gambling all day as it gets boring, stressful and expensive. You and your husband are such a good looking couple! I have to try that drink at the Cosmopolitan. Cheers!
Love the video thank you so much for the effort and editing you put into this!!! and i love that you have time stamps so we can check out everything. so organized i appreciate that so much, left a like and subscribed. hope to see more videos soon.
Best non alcoholic drink of my entire life was an orange julius at the bellagio back in the late 1990s and early 2000. I used to drink them for free when my father would play high limit poker there 100-200 and 200-400 - Omaha High Low Split. I don’t drink alcohol and gamble but loved to drink those while hanging out with him. But all these videos online don’t capture the real Vegas. It used to be so awesome but now it’s all a big corporate cash grab.
WOW!!!! Awesome video Aly. Excellent editing job as well. Very positive and outgoing. Keep those videos coming. Here's an idea for a new video. Whats new in Vegas for 2022. So many people coming to Vegas this Fall. Myself included. I always like to know whats new besides Resorts World. Thanks again for all you do. :)
Will be in Vegas at the end of the month. :) Thank you for the video & all the wonderful things to try. Definitely will be trying the frozen Baileys at O'Sheas! You have a great channel here Aly!
I've lived here in Vegas for 20 years n I can tell u that frozen bailey's is freakin delicious.... always go where the locals go down town fremont st there's a 24 hour bar called goldspike life size games beer pong jinga chess etc, container park life size praying mantis shoots out fire you can feel the heat from across the street , neon sign grave yard go at night walk through they turn them all on, area 15 a psychedelic place, and sapphire strip club has robot strippers... y yes I said robot strippers it's vegas for you give those classy robots anything some WD40 motor oil hey go all out n throw some expensive azz gasoline cause gas prices are probably more expensive right now than a diamond ring and I'm not sure about the vip rooms with those type of strippers though 🤔 and if you are looking for the best sandwich place in Vegas and don't mind the distance try "windy city beef and dogs" best Chicago style beef dips massive juicy sandwiches so worth the 20 minute. Drive from the strip don't believe me that they are huge google it you won't be disappointed but you will all of a sudden get Hungry lol
Great vid, lots of different things to try that others don't show in their videos. Coming back to Vegas early June, already planning to visit the Pinball H.O.F. And for people into cars, the Shelby (Cobra / Mustang) Heritage Center is only 2 miles from the Las Vegas Sign & Pinball HOF.
You should talk about Mount Charleston. There is a lodge with a big fireplace, a bar and restaurant. It is beautiful up there. Of course, you have to drive about 30 minutes to get there.
Aly, I don't even know how many times i watched this video :) its been extremely helpful. I did every single thing you mentioned in this video . EVERYTHING ! and it was an awesome experience. This video was a guide for us. Thank you so much. We will be travelling to Cabo next and I see that you also have a video about it.. so excited to watch that one... see you in that video
Hi Aly-Lived in N.Y.C, full time many years ago, Lived in Montreal for two years. Las Vegas is my city of choice right now. Your videos are on the mark. There are a lot of Vegas bloggers, who are excellent, you too!
@@alysmalls Thanks for responding Aly!-I’ve kept dual residence here in Las Vegas, and NYC, for the last 32 years. Vegas, over the years, has become “big city”-so much here to enjoy. I’m glad you enjoy it here.
I know this is an old video but I’ve been binging lol. I’ve been to vegas once last year for WWWY fest. This year coming back to do some things we didn’t get to do last year. I’m not big on sitting in casinos all day (or at all really lol but my bf likes them) I love all these other options. I’m gonna talk him into the horseback riding lol
hey Aly, you mention the free trans in one of your Vegas Videos, but you don't mention the free slot machine that gives some show tickets. Are you aware of this? Is it still there?
One of the best comprehensive videos of things to do in Vegas. The only things I would add are some of the awesome museums including the NEON museum in downtown Vegas, the Clark County museum which has great exhibits that show houses and other structures as they would have been throughout the decades, and the Atomic museum which is actually part of the Smithsonian collection of museums. I would also suggest looking into the Smith Center, LV's arts center, they always have something/someone great playing. Vegas is so much more than just the gambling.
Lake Las Vegas looks like a great place to stay when in Vegas and a short drive from the airport. There's so many options in Vegas and your channel and this well produced video have opened so many great opportunities. Vacationers want more options and you accomplished this in this video. Off the strip ideas are what i like to see so please consider doing another video. Thanks Aly
Thanks so much for your kinds words David! Have you seen my hidden gems off the strip video? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Y3iDH0jTlJY.html
@@alysmalls I sure have. I'm not sure if you live in las vegas and if you don't then you've done your research. I guess you tubers you produce great videos will have a large audience. I make beer and 2 channels with great production quality are clawhammer and the homebrew channel. I live in Victoria British Columbia and it's a great place to vacation. Lake Las Vegas just might be our place to visit in 2023. Cheers 🍻
If I get there I have to go for It's a brand new life around the Bend Ol' Red First and then Milano vice versa maybe Blondie if she lost that stank attitude if not she can stay back with Danzi Valdez !!
Definitely stopping by these on our next trip to vegas. Gone there 2 time and each time we do something different except for the fremont street is always a must for us. ❤❤
Went to milk once. Maybe it was an off day. We as a family unanimously agreed it was by far the worst ice cream we have ever had. In fact it may be the only bad ice cream we ever had. We even asked the person if there was a mistake. It tasted like a salty paste. Not even good in a savory way. So bad we threw it away. Amazingly bad
I truly enjoyed your tour of Las Vegas. You really gave a guided tour of things I didn't know Vegas had to offer. Yes! a lot more to see besides gambling. Thanks for sharing.
Fantastic video, loved it. Was in Vegas 2019 before riding to Sturgis and will be back July 2023 with 10 of us for 5 days before riding to Sturgis again. Can't believe how much I missed out on last time. Can't wait to have a frozen Baileys. Wife wants to do the horse ride. To much to fit in 5 days but will try. Have to check out you're other vids.
Oh wow, I watched a few other videos and they were just fine, then you had some really good really researched and original stuff. About to watch everything you’ve made lol
We took an Uber everywhere! Each trip was about $9-15 and sometimes we Uber'd 2-4x per day (we did a lot off Strip). Over the course of 5 days I think it cost about $275 (including to and from airport), and we didn't have to pay for parking, worry about having too many drinks, getting lost, etc.
I love this video! Yes, Vegas is an amazing place to live. I'm still finding new things to do! If you're interested in desert tortoises check me out ru-vid.com Look forward to watching other videos of yours!
We booked through Viator, and it close to Valley of Fire state park, not Red Rock. I made a full video of the horseback tour here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_zsAxZfQAQE.html
Pro Tip you don't HAVE to tip any street performer as the tips are a GRATUITY not a FEE. It's actually against Nevada state law to charge someone for a fee for a picture or such. But it's always a nice gesture to tip someone for their time if you are going to partake in their services.
I always find it funny when I see these videos and the person insinuates you have to pay them. If I’m taking a picture and you come up and get in my picture then demand $10 I’m not giving it to you. Lol I’d tip you what I could if I asked you for a picture, but once you demand it, you’re not getting anything. You can get upset all you want, but come at me wrong and and you’re not taking any pictures for awhile 👊🏾
