Just got a UE hyperboom. I did some extensive testing in store...the jbl and Sony stuff is really attractive and powerful. Definitely will please anyone looking for bass. But the Hyperboom (the idea inspired by my smaller megaboom) just killed it in dynamics and clarity. The others felt heavily mid driven with extra bass. The UE just seemed to really give way to a bigger frequency range in a smooth way. The bass and highs are so clean and it has plenty of volume + an eq if you need more vocal/mid strength. Own a smaller mentioned megaboom 3 and an older 2017 model Sony XB40 (iirc). I miss the lightshow on the UE speakers for sure...but I buy speakers for sound utmost so I got to ignore the lights objectively when purchasing. If the best product has lights bonus. The lights have been nice for ambient nights and a few trips it was really sweet to have. But that can also be fulfilled with $20 to $30 spent on LED decorative toys

I have the PB 310 and its my absolute favourite speaker. Amazing booming bass and sound quality. Love the portability with WHEELS* and its own battery! Pretty decent loudness on 50% and lasts long too. Extra power while plugged as well. Simply amazing!

I almost decided to buy (Jbl Partybox 100) but I have questions if you or someone can answer it. 1- Is there a different about the loudness in (Jbl Partybox 100) if we use it by wall plug or by its the battery only ? 2- Between (Jbl Partybox 100) and (Sony XP700) which one would you like to advise me ? And which one of them have better bass ?

I'm very happy that I bought the Partybox 100 because it was one of the last ones for sale and bought it with a big discount. Only paid 180 euros haha. Also very happy with the mic input and the auxilary input and output feature to connect other speakers.

thanks brother, after utilizing a lot of your research, I purchased a 110 and love it. Glad I didn't settle for the encore or the on the go. I'm a bass head and as always JBL delivers. Last summer I took my extreme 2 to the beach and was very disappointed with the sound, it's not loud enough for the beach. Just wish the encore had a better battery life, that would have been my choice.

I'm glad I bought three of the 100's for $199 during black Friday sale Got two in 2019 and one in 2020 ...sounds great hooked up with bumpboxx v3s freestyle since bumpboxx doesn't have low deep bass but is loud......

I have the 310 and it's amazing

I just bought another Partybox 100 on Marketplace... So rare these days in Australia.. I have 2 now, Connected it up to the TV and legit... I've sold ALL my other stereo systems.. Seriously don't need anything else now, Those 2 are just absolutely incredible, Clarity, Bass and Power is just ridiculous that comes from the 100.. I agree with you, It is the best speaker of 2021.

Was hoping you’d have a little higher end speakers in the line-up like the Diamondboxx XL2. It competes and surpasses the Soundboks.

My favourite is PartyBox 710 just because I LOVE deep bass (below 40hz) and it plays down to 29hz without any problem even without BassBoost 1!!! Weight and lack of battery doesn't bother me, moreover I like big and chunky speakers! I love PB 310 portability and its battery but not more than amount of bass in 710....earthshaking bass!!! :D

Glad i bought only the pb100 XD... still a killer speaker even after so many newer models... most of the people say that the pb 110 sounds worse cuz of its boomy bass and worse highs..

I have the pb100 for two months and i'm in love!! I didin't like the design of the 110. The lights etc looked for me more like somrething on a kids toy. But i love the design of the pb100! I hope i can get another one for stereo sound!!

BOSE S1 pro is like 1/3rd size of most of them and just as much power and much better clarity. Only thing is bit less bass but its so small and potent keeps up with the big boys. Although its pricey its really something most of my DJ friends recommend for best sound.

I got the partybox on the go last week got the partybox 310 and in a year or so i might buy something else 😂 The 310 is crazy though! Sadly not as clear tweets compared to my on the go..

Nice, how about the Rockville party 6, its comparison with the jbl 100

I extensively compared the 100 and 110 and ended up preferring the crispier highs coming from the 110. The soundstage sounded wider and the higher frequency range was noticeable. The 100 had more of a flat type sound to it imo. Keep in mind I bought both and heard them side by side for a couple weeks for the first time, I wasn't used to one or the other. I use a Soundboks 2 for outdoors and the 110 for more portability. I'm not a fan of the second bass boost mode on any of the PB's, the mode off is perfect for indoors already and can bump to mode 1 outdoors. I wish they'd send a firmware update for bass boost off to be literally barely any bass, bass 1 to be what it's like when it isn't turned on, and 2 to be what the current 1 is. 2 is boomy and fake sounding, just doesn't sound right.

I'm all here for you covering my list. I think I forget to include one more thing tho pow mo speaker. There done

You say PB100 is your favorite and it does have good bass. You also said HK studio 7 was your favorite, which also has very good bass for its size and price. Could you do an outdoor 100% comparison of the PB100 and the HK studio 7 to see which produces louder lower-end bass? I have not seen these two speakers compared and I would like to know just how much difference there is for a rather large price jump.

Whats better hp100 or party box 110?

I have the 110 and 100 the 100 is a hair smaller but they sound very similar the tweeter arrangement is better on the phone 100 so a wider cast of sound to the sides

I still love my partybox 300💥🔥🍹 By the way It's also the only one of the partyboxes, which has 3 tweeters and plays stereo on vetical and horizontal position. The newer party boxes are great speakers, but for my taste, the highs are to bright, especially on higher volumes.

The Jbl party box 100 do the job and at a great price and my first impression of listening to the jbl 110 was quite disappointing, the reasoning of the bass creates a distortion with the light plastic casing which seems very cheap ... at this price better worth upgrading to a jbl party 310 which is much more stable and delicious in terms of bass ... ;-) My dream was the 710 but when I learned that there was no battery it gave me a lot also disappointed. The reason for this type of speaker is portability if there is no battery I prefer to use my Jbl PRX for a real Pro sound .. I think that the JBL firm made a small strategic mistake to the 710, however, they have many high output battery solutions ... I'm probably thinking of buying an end-of-series jbl partybox 100 in addition to my party box 310 😉😜

Pb 310 because it gives you the closest performance to the pb 1000 and it is still battery powered so you can take it anywhere

Just ordered the 100, I almost went with the 110 but 100$ difference and sounds like it will be enough. We will see. My ink small Bluetooth speaker ruptured the speaker. I hope this is not a trend with all speakers. It was only 2 years old. I still have my pioneers from 30 years ago and they work great. New speakers might be made cheaper but they should at least last 5-10 years.
