My favorite recipe for challah bread! Super thin and delicious Air Halu is easy to make!
Today I am going to share with you my favorite Hala bread recipe.
The evaluation method and ingredients are very simple.
Super soft and delicious HALA bread.
Hala bread ingredients and method:
2 eggs (keep approx. 10 ml for later).
Mix.
Water 190-210ml.
Instant yeast 5g.
Honey or white sugar 50g.
Bread flour or universal flour 500g.
Salt 5g.
Olive oil 30g.
Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Divide into 6 parts.
Shape the dough into balls.
Cover the dough to keep it dry.
Roll out the dough.
Form a challah as I show.
Cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
Brush with an egg.
Mix the sesame seeds with the poppy seeds (optional).
Sprinkle the challah with sesame seeds.
Bake the challah bread in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
It turned out to be a very soft, beautiful and tasty challah.
