Dear friends, today I decided to cook Challah Bread.
There's nothing like aroma of bread baking at home. Try to bake Challah, the recipe is very easy and the result is unbelievable! Super Soft and most Delicious!
You can double the ingredients and make two Challah instead of one.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 Challah):
1 egg
Water 100 ml
Yeast 1 teaspoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons (30 g)
Sifted wheat flour 250 g
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil 15 ml
Sesame seeds (optional)
