Hey guys! If you didn't know, I'm an American mom that lives in Morocco, and in this video, I show you what i did once I got to Merzouga, Morocco. I ate lots of great Moroccan food, quad riding, 4x4 in the dunes, sand sliding, nomads, gnawa music, and more! Merzouga, Morocco is one of my favorite cities in Morocco so far. I loved it there. No, never such a shame because most Moroccans say it is the best part of the country because of the sincerity of its people ! ( yes, am a female follower from UK not male ). Also protein treatment for hair seems to last 6 months. UK would be very expensive,( I shall wait until I go to Morocco and have one ).

زرت المنطقة اول مرة في 2017 هي جميلة روحانيا و عقليا اصل والديي من هذه المنطقة يعني اجداد والديي الاوائل الذين سكنوا الإمبراطورية المغربية قبل مئات السنين عاشوا هنا

Hi Erin, I came across your channel with this video about Merzouga. I was there 5 or 6 times, last time about 10 years ago. It's incredible how much it has changed. Gnawa music is absolutely magnificent, love it, there is a yearly festival held in the city of essaouira if you're into it. The khamlia Village is definitely unique.

Welcome to my town. I live 60 km close to Erfoud. You will definitely pass it on the way via Rissani Merzouga. You can now travel by plane from Errachidia to Marrakesh for only 15 dollars via Ryanair Airlines.

Love Merzouga and all that region. The hanging dead goat on the tripod is by the way a traditional butter churner. That's how my grandparents got butter and yogurt milk and butter milk out of freshly milked milk. I got to use it as a kid ages ago. It's usually a little less alive though. Bit it's supposed to have much less hair. That one doesn't seem to be getting much use, could be more for show now. I remember it a little less alive and a little more like a goat-leather bag than an actual headless dead goat 😂 Have fun.
