Quite an interesting induction, the more I focused on the butterfly, the more I felt my body get very warm, heavy, and tingly as I felt myself dropping down fast. Nice work! Loved it!

I've got a question! I've been watching hypnosis videos on RU-vid for a while, and virtually all videos with "butterfly induction" in their title circles around the hypnotist moving their fingers in a certain rapid (butterfly-like?) pattern. As far as I can tell, this isn't the same type of induction as the one you're describing here. How come? Are there two different kinds of inductions with the same name?
Youre amazing! Anytime I watch your videos I know I’m about to get put under. I had a question about hypnosis and sport performance. If we were at some kind of field day event and we wanted to get an edge could you potentially drop someone and convince them to do better at a activity than they would be other wise, or is it not that easy. Lol
Hi Brandon, Hypnosis could help someone do better in their sport, if the person had a mental block like anxiety or self doubt. It would be better to work with them for a few sessions before the event to compound those beliefs. Could potentially convince them they had the power of Usain Bolt on their side ect. as well!
