I’ve looked into hypnosis stuff for years now and this was the first video that I actually felt something really different, I think you may have been the first one to actually hypnotize me!

You frauded me! 😝 I'm very glad to see you busy but happy! You're a positive person and definitely deserve achieving your goals. And you're funny when sleep deprived lol. The most transformative experiences in therapy happens when you perceive unconditional love, being accepted for who you are and being together with someone who cares when you struggle going on. Of course you know the hard balance between bringing hope in the therapeutic relationship and not overwhelming your patient with it, as sometimes people aren't ready for that and need to be showed slowly that they can really change and hope bigger. Yet on the other side, please take care of yourself! You can improve the world one session at the time and do your best, but always keep healthy limits for yourself, your health, your life. We want for you to be our joyful silly Jo, not a burned out Jo! Therapy can be full of good emotions, bad emotions, amazing moments, failures, teamwork, loneliness...and to be effective it's important to preserve your well-being. You can't save the world, but I do believe you're going to have a great positive impact on it! 😊 Send you a big hug and can't wait for new videos!

I have a professional curiosity with exactly what your doing! Like how to use hypnosis to like re-calabrate emotions or to push people into a more positive mindset....is it common to connect on a more professional level? Rather then client based
I have been trying for a long time and not to be negative or anything but this isn’t helpful I am having trouble with the not over thinking part cus you can’t exactly tell your mind to shut up so any suggestions then?
First of all thanks .. You gave me my first rapid trance.. I can get in trance but triggers and suggestions are not getting planted.. When I get out of trance I am just normal

Hi Johanna! Not really a fear but I have a question, what are some ways to improve suggestibility? I feel like I get hypnotized easily but once I’m under no suggestions stick, my critical mind doesn’t let me experience it all the way!
