Did you find there was any slack in the PCI sliders? I have the fixed PCI mounts with aftermarket sliders but they seem to move around a fair bit ( few mm each direction.) Cheers
There's a very minimal amount of movement with the pci sliders (front to back and probably similar to what you're describing). It is a little annoying at times but it's a small thing to deal with to retain adjustability. I don't think it would be worth it to get the pci sliders unless yours were really really bad. Only option for zero movement is to run no sliders and hard mount like I used to in my E46.
Yup! And I'd highly recommend getting them done sooner than later (depending on mileage). Rb are a failure that can be catastrophic to your car where other things like throttle actuators are not going to kill your car when they fail.
