Today I'm sharing my favorite types of rum: Big Bold White Rums. These are unaged rums that are high in abv and strong in flavor. There's a huge diversity of flavor profiles in these rums. Ti' Punch
2 oz cane Neisson L'Espirt or any other Rhum Agricole
1 tsp cane syrup
1 small chunk of fresh lime
In an old-fashioned glass, add the cane syrup and lime. Swizzle with a barspoon or lélé. Add in rhum and ice and swizzle briefly. Enjoy.

1oz Rivers
.75oz Averna
.75oz Vermouth Mulassano Rosso
2 dashes Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters
3 dashes Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters
Stir with ice, strain over fresh ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with expressed lemon peel and freshly grated nutmeg

2oz Holmes Cay Reunion Island Grand Arome
.75oz Lime
.75oz Rich Cinnamon Syrup
2 drops Bitterman's Xocolatl Mole Bitters
Share aggresively with a piece of grapefruit peel and cubed ice. Double strain into a coupe
