Having the real rank 500 on your team while the enemy has rank 50 who’s playing on a rank 700 sounds stupid.

To be fair, bottom of immortal is like... 6.5-7k or something? Whereas top of immortal is 12k or some shit. So, despite your statement, numbers-wise a low immortal smurfing in herald is actually pretty close to top 1 immortal smurfing in low immortal. Realistically it's probably not top 1 player and it's probably not bottom of immortal he ends up smurfing in, but it's stil pretty comparable to low immortal smurfing in archon, which is still pretty bad. I mean, I do think gorgc complains about smurfs too much regardless, but just because he's at immortal doesn't mean the complaint is invalid.

@@lasiace thank you for that informative reply. I didn’t realise how big the immortal bracket is. For some reason thought 10k was the highest mmr.
