Airlines ko kharab kehne sey accha h ..flight k time .appne eyes & ear 👂 khol k rakho....taaki gate change hone ki announcement sunn sako ...vlog or duty free k chakker mye bhut sey logg late ho jate h . Uske liye staff ki koi galti nhi h. .. passenger khud jimmedar h

It is always advisable that if you are in food court, lounge etc and moving towards your gate to check the monitor once because the gate update will reflect. Also mostly all airports are sent zone now.

Fyi gate change is not in the hands of the airline. they have to also makes changes because of that. gate change is the sole responsibility of the ground control. and no one will come inform you, you have to hear it yourself and check on the monitors!

Duty manager is always present ..they must b somewhere else...they are mostly on domestic side but they do visit international incase needed ...I have worked at Delhi airport indigo ..I was at Air side

mam how are you , need a help and your guidance since your have been from AIRLINES sector and could be aware, i recently broke a bottle of AMRUT whisky at a DOMESTIC airport cellar and it was loosely packed , later when the staff asked me for payment some SENIOR citizen aged person suddenly was passing by when he saw all this and narrated that there is some ONLINE procedure to claim REFUND or settle it down directly with COMPANY or some DEPARTMENT coz many bottles are broken during transit , import etc. He was exactly unaware of same and even i was in hurry to board flight . But now i am free and wish to CHECK if anything like this and go ahead accordingly . I was told it works specially in case of DOMESTIC liquor and the staff denied that the WHISKY is INDIAN . So i was fishy of all this , since if they were also GENUINE on their part , then no way they can deny the fact that AMRUT is INDIAN
