One of the catalysts of promoting the Philippine culture, heritage, and the beauty of our country. Because of Kulas, I have opened my mind the unfolding wonders of our beloved country, Philippines. You deserve to become a Filipino, Sir Kulas! 👏👏

You're going to have to change your channel name to "Became Filipino". Congratulations Kyle, I have much respect for your positive vibes and message of peace, understanding, and compassion.
@@cleomanuel4459 Yes Cleo I've been following him for years. Now that he's a Philippines citizen he isn't becoming one anymore is he? He has BECOME Filipino. Lol
He deserved to had a Filipino Citizenship. He inspired everyone and shown to the world that the Philippines is a Gold of Asia, safe and a every Filipino has a diamond heart.
Wow ganda at linis na ng Biñan... legit born and raised po ako dyan. Miss the Nila's puto and Tonyo's arrozcaldo.... thanks for featuring my hometown. You definitely deserve the recognition Sir.
Brah, Philippines government shouldn't even have to think about it in making you one of their own. The love, aspirations, contribution of many aspect you, Kumar and the rest of the squads have given to the Filipino people, the Philippines is above and beyond the call. That congresswoman lady deserves my respect. BTW, congrats to the Pilipinas AFF Women's Philippines Football Team.
You deserve the Filipino citizenship Kulas! Indeed a good example to all Filipinos you are, you are more proud becoming a Filipino than those who are already Filipino. Huge respect.
You are loved by all who know you, Kulas! Congratulations! Well deserved! I had to comment today as you inspire us with your gratitude & despite everything you stay humble. Thanks again!
I am a Filipino and you made me prouder still. My thanks and gratitude. And, that Congresswoman deserves my respect and gratitude as well. Have a safe and happy journey as a Filipino.
Thank you so much Kulas for sharing this...and wow...salute to congresswoman for doing what she did about your citizenship...great respect to you for being Filipino...it is our honor that you love to become a Filipino...
Interesting tour of Binan. Congresswoman is doing a great job! Kulas you deserve to be a Filipino citizen. Your love of the country and respect is transparent. We appreciate the tour of the Philippines that never seen before while living there. As always looking forward of watching you.
Kulas, keep doing what you're doing! I really enjoy watching your vlogs. I miss the Philippines, I was a foreign student at the Philippine Union College back in 1988. Your vlogs bring back lots of sweet memories. You make me want to move to the Philippines, the Filipinos are the nicest people I've ever known.
@@edwinwerdna7061 that's it, at that time the road was brutal, dust everywhere! we would go down to Binan to find good food, or go up to Tagaytay by the Palace In the Sky, there's a little shop where they grow and sell mushrooms, the mushrooms burger is to die for. So you are my senior, sir ✌✌
@@hankman1023 When I was there the men used to live in structures called modular 1, 2 and 3. I was at modular 1. Was it still the same in '88? I missed the place and had so much fun. One time bangus got cheap in Laguna Bay so we chipped in our money for several kilos. We gutted these, soaked the fish in vinegar and garlic, and dried them on the roof of modular 1. We had fun picnics for several weekends at the river below the faculty homes. The dust really sucks when going to Manila because you feel dirty while in the capital. Going home is not too bad because one can take a shower. We used to gorge in BBQ chicken in Sta. Rosa knowing that the cafeteria in PUC is vegetarian.

Highest respect to Ms. Congresswoman for taking the initiative to help you acquire your Filipino citizenship. You deserved it well and truly. You are a respected vlogger who talks more about the Filipino People, culture, food, history and all. As a Filipino, I am thankful for all the exposure, haven’t even learn them from school nor all of it from DOT. Thank you for being a Good Filipino, Kulas.
You really deserved to be a pilipino, you enjoy eating pilipino foods, the scenery, the people,, culture, i observed that you are really enjoying what you are doing and you are a nature loving. Congratulation, good luck, more power .
Congratulations Kulas…you really deserve it. Highest respect to madam Congresswoman. Just wondering Kulas, if you will be asked to have a Filipino surname, what would it be? I think “Sakalam” would be perfect 😊 coz you always say “Power on”..😊
Congratulations! Even just to be proposed is a big deal! Your positive energy and enthusiasm towards The Philippines and the Filipino people has made an impact.

Thank you. Thank you! May the Lord bless you more and keep you safe always.🙏🏻
I thought the Alberto house in Biñan was demolished and sold to Acuzar. I'm glad the local government is making efforts to preserve historical landmarks.
My late mother is from Binan Laguna . My maternal grandmother 's maiden name is Mercado .Jose Rizal , the Philippine 's National Hero ', my Lola told us that we are distant ly related to Jose Rizal . Jose Rizal had to drop his last name Mercado due to his brother Paciano being involved in the 1872 revolution and using instead second surname , Rizal .This information is from the book "A Nation Aborted' by Floro C. Quibuyen , published by Ateneo de Manila University Press. I have this book . This surprising fact is on page 106- 107 book .It is too long to delve into the 1872 revolution here , obviously.
I’m thinking SULONG! would be an appropriate translation for Power On! The Tagalog word means “Go Forward!” with much determination. And of course, one cannot do that without power. So, Sulong, Kulas! Soon to be Filipino. Follow your dreams.
Kulas, now I can truly call you Kulas, since you are not just filipino by heart, but a filipino by citizenship! Kulas, I am so happy for you for legally " Becoming Filipino"! You know Kulas, you can still keep your Canadian citizenship, by having dual citizenship. A lot of filipinos keep their birth citizenship & adopted citizenship together. Check with the Canadian Embassy in Manila. Please remember Canadian Medical Plan is something to be proud to have, a benefit that most people will be happy to acquire. I love, Binan, Calamba, & all of Laguna. A very rich & vibrant province with history! I have visited Laguna, & I loved it. Get their puto bongbong Kulas, it is very good & tasty, one of their delicacies. Enjoy treating yourself Kulas! Again, Congratulations!
I have to say not one full blooded Filipino citizen has ever toured the Philippines the way that you do. You are very suited to your vlogs name BECOMING FILIPINO because you truly and honestly embrace the diversity of the culture, food and
The video footage of Binian Laguna was outstandingn Kulas. A nice place, clean and full of historical place, where Jose Rizal's birthplace. The night market is awesome to go and see, open for 24 hours is amazing. We are happy to the nice Congresswoman, who petitioned you to become a Filipino citizen. You deserved it, because of the contributions for the promotion of this great country. Everyone knows you wherever you set foot on, showing the beautiful scenery and people ways of life. Hoped that this event will come to fruition, Becoming a Filipino. God bless and we pray for your safe journey and return to retrive your ride.
Very good congresswoman that pass that bill to have you kulas become a filipino citizen hope it will be pass soon and binan town was so beautiful with those heritage old houses and building hope more old houses will be preserve in binan town just like in vigan and taal and binan will become a tourist attraction in the future with more people notice the old preserve town!❤
As a Filipino thank you for your video blog. You have shown me more about places in the Philippines and our people than what I knew before you come around. Thank you for for helping us have a better appreciation of our homeland and our people. It is an honor to officially recognize that you are now in deed one of us, as a kababayan. Mabuhay Kulas!
The city brass band's "Sino ang baliw?', "Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko" and "Anak", capiz window, the tupig (diket and niyog from Ilocos), suman, puto with a lot of cheese, local pork chop, arroz caldo, Jose Rizal's home town and heritage ... nice, very very nice!🥰🥰🥰
So much history in Biñan, Kyle. And you will be making history too when your petition will be approved. I hope it will be because you live and love the Philippines. You have embraced the country totally, even its imperfections. Thank you and Power On!🤙🏽
This guy deserves to be a Filipino . His vlogs focused mainly on the good sides and values of the nation and the People as if he is an at-large ambassador of goodwill for the Philippines worldwide. Kudos to the congresswoman who sponsored the bill.
Loving your scooter adventures, brings back memories of your original blogs, back to the roots of real traveling in the Philippines! Hope they grant you citizenship, they are lucky to have such a great advocate of a wonderful country. That is crazy, 3am and so lively!
Wow! You deserved to be recognized legally as Filipino... Finally! Congratulations Mate... Cheers! I'm a Cordilleran(Igorot) working here in Cambodia and had been watching your videos since then... I'm inspired by how you 've been doin' rounds to showcase beautiful places in our country.
